I revisited Shisha Town Cafe after a long time and felt nostalgic for the pre-COVID vibe. While the atmosphere wasn't as lively, the improved food quality impressed me. The prices remain reasonable compared to nearby shisha cafes, and the shisha itself was enjoyable. The place holds cherished memories, and the culinary upgrades were a welcome surprise. I've been here a lot to hang out with my friends, however tonight... I'm really unhappy with their services. What's the point of ordering using the system if our food comes 1hr++ late? Shouldn't the work gets easier as the ordering system getting better? I'm not sure if the kitchen staff missed the list or what. Came here for a Forex talk, also got the opportunity to try their food. Hands down, one of the Best Kunafa ever and also their lamb was very perfectly cooked and tasted soollooo delicious. 10/10 recommended. Will visit again soon! The lady waitress is cheating said that i has ordered food that i never make and not done payment yet.She shouting at the restaurant when i want to leave by saying i'm not make payment.!!! I already make a payment via online banking for the order i received and ordered.How come your worker act like this. I will never come back to this cafe due to this bad experience. Ordered Mint teapot but the staff didn't informed us mint not available and served us tea without mint with the same price. Drinks and foods on expensive side. Shisha average taste. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 40–60

Very terrible shisha. They will not exchange the shisha for you and they will blame that we did not ask for recommendation. Clearly ordered their strong mix flavour from their online menu and they said the flavour we order was not strong. Will not be back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Should have proper ventilation, can smoke every where. A bit noisy. Good thing have variety of shisha flavors. Ada outside siting
