My experience.. it wasn't much of a wait. It took them around 20minutes to get the orders on my table. The kakigori were really nice and tasty. The waffle bater is really good. It's really fluffy. And combining them to the honey, ice cream, and strawberry.. definitely loving it. Maybe the green tea powder was a little too much for my kakigori, but I live on. So all good.

Why I rated 1 star for service is becaused the staff manning the order counter so unfriendly. No eye contact & rude. No smile to greet customers. We ordered the highly recommended waffle Banana with Ice Cream, very nice indeed & the portion quite big. The Taro & Mango Kakigori was not too sweet, fine shaven ice & lot of premium fillings. At RM 20++ each we think its a value for money. Our favourite is Panna Cotta which is smooth & melt in the mouth, highly recommended. The music & ambience was soothing & kinda romantic but again the staff attitude spoiled the day.

Berries Banana Waffle
Quite an unpleasant experience visiting this cafe. No one bothered to explain the issue. Should we be informed in advance about the longer wait time, we would have discussed about it and made adjustments like to go to another place for example. Long delay in between two exact same orders. Last meal arrived at 2o’clock btw(after 40 minutes of waiting). Poor service from the staffs.
The pros; interior is cute and cozy, the classic waffle had coffee ice cream and strawberries which was nice. Tomyum spaghetti was good as well but can’t really enjoy it due to all the heat from waiting…

A simple decorated cafe specialised in bingsu. The bingsu were quite good. It was not too sweet, and the ice was shaved nicely. Ordered the mango and Thai tea bingsu. Thai tea bingsu comes with boba.
Ordered the fries, waffle, and chicken karage. Waffle was OK, not enough crispiness. Chicken karage was juicy and nicely cooked.
Services were OK. Ordered online and paid in counter. Prices were affordable for cafe price.

All About Pahang - Kuantan
As finale for the otherwise satisfying & filling dinner at Bay Leaf, I brought them for desserts. Actually I didn't know if they still had space for sweet endings, but they were game!
Shiro-Yuki was doing brisk business when we arrived but luckily a table was leaving so we got to be seated rather quickly. Kakigori was their bestsellers judging on the variety of the shaved ice desserts in their menu.
◾Baby Coconut Kakigori RM15.80 - coconut milk ice, fresh coconut meat, mochi & gula melaka sauce.
◾Classic Waffle - crispy waffle topped with salted caramel soft serve, diced strawberries, almond dice and honey on the side.
◾Passion mango soda & yuzu soda acted as thirst quencher on such hot & stuffy night.
Other interesting options include cake, toasts, Panna Cotta, affogato and their salted caramel soft serve. Hot food is also available but I didn't try.

Korean desert shop like Shiro-Yuki adds to the flavour of Kuantan! Located at the corner location, the shop offers both air conditioned indoor and an outdoor seating area with fan! The cool breeze in the evening did not require a fan at all!
quite a different varieties of desert on offer here! A sweet addition to Kuantan indeed!
Access and parking are very convenient here!
More than a dessert place. You can get some western food here.

As overall similar rating, the dessert was good but if you come during peak hours, do anticipate longer waiting time. May take up to 30 minutes waiting time.
They have mini bowl size for ordering as well which is good if you want to try more options.
