After our meal at the RnR we stopped to refuel at this gas station. The shell place is very clean with tidy toilets and surau. Observed that it had been maintained well in cleanliness . My favourite costa coffee is here and like always the coffee machine queue is long. There are high chairs and a corner for customers having their drinks and snacks. It is always busy here and the crew is always helpful and tentative to the users.

Keep the toilet clean ... Another 100km to Kuala Terengganu..u can plan ur petrol... Safe drive...

I can’t used my credit card on the terminal pump. The cashier so rude and not customer friendly. I pay using credit card, also I gave Bonuslink card but they just ignored and did not swape my Bonuslink card.

Clean toilet and prayer room. The prayer room is newly decorated. Unfortunately there is no seated toilet.

Love this RNR PAKA SHELL STATION. SURE will ask all of my friends and family to stop by this petrol station whenever they on the way back to Terengganu and Kelantan. This Shell Station really is our saviour. Thank you for participating in boosting the economy programme.

The staffs here are commendable. Despite being so busy with customers, they always ready to entertain us. Very helpful and good services from the workers.

Just nice place and convenient place to take rest after long journey from Kuantan Pahang heading to Kuala Terengganu...take good rest and have a nice cup coffee

I've faced the same problem thrice which is empty fuel despite paying for the petrol and the cashier in charge was rude. Please fix the problem and the attitude of your staff
