Great service!! We came for brunch on Sunday morning. Very attentive staff. Really friendly attitudes!! The food was good. There were lots of options. We had to get some Marionberry pie to go! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went in to pick up a delivery. After 10 minutes the MGR Sierra came out. She immediately started complaining this wasn't her job and she didn't wanna do it. She did part of an order yelled at an employee and walked away. Left after another 5 minutes with no food and no help. I understand if they are short staffed. Please do not order a holiday turkey dinner from here. We were a party of three for Thanksgiving, not many people in the restaurant. Took almost 45 minutes to get our food. We were told it was because all of the Doordash orders came first. Our food was brought to the table cold: the turkey, mashed potatoes, and rice. They forgot the cranberries, and when they did bring them, they were in a teeny plastic cup the same size as a dip cup for french fries. We had to ask in fifteen minutes increments for our coffee cups to be refilled because the waitress kept saying she "forgot" to bring it, and in the hour and fifteen minutes we were there, they only refilled it twice, and they made sure it wasn't filled all the way to the top, but an exact inch below the rim. The water glasses were tiny, and only refilled once after repeated asking. The food taste,quality, quantity and food temperature was deplorable. The service was deplorable. The waitress was fine with coming to the table, but never brought the coffee or water refills after repeated asking. We still left a good tip, but the best tip we can post here is do not go there on a holiday, and if you do, do not order the holiday dinners. They seem to have continuing issues with delivery orders. Unfortunate because I've always liked Shari's, but don't think we'll be ordering from them again. Don't know if the problems lie with the restaurant or the delivery system, but somebody evidently doesn't care. This time, no Tater Tots which they say is a sub for fries....and in fact, no fries either! Just two pieces of frozen fish pieces and some coleslaw. And we requested an extra order of mashed potatoes which we thought would be awesome, but No...they went the lazy man's way and left the peels on so lots of peel...no creamy mashed potatoes of my dreams. Last time we ordered, someone got an omelet that they actually threw away because there was so much pancake batter in the "eggs". What's the great need to make them look fluffier and look like there's more than there really is? Shari's didn't used to do that. Gone to Ho Hum land and I really am sorry about that. We went there last night 11-01-2023 for my son’s birthday dinner. We get there and ordered our food and drinks right away. They weren’t busy, half our goes by and hadn’t gotten our food yet, I look over and our food is in the window another half hour goes by and a host comes by and asked if we ordered and I said yes our food has been in that window for about a half hour now. She goes and gets it and our food is ice cold, the warmer apparently doesn’t work. We ate the food because we didn’t want to wait another hour for them to remake. I normally love going here, so it sucks to say this. I ordered the hangover burger and it came cold. The hasbrowns on the side were cold. I am so used to hot food from there! The waiter was distracted because he lost someone's credit card and was scrambling to find it. He must have still been struggling when he took my order because he didn't ask me how I wanted my egg or my burger. Only what I wanted on the side. When I get the bill, the order was *no pink, add cheese, and no specification for my egg. The cheese is an extra buck and it's less than an ounce of shredded cheese. I also didn't know that I needed to specify that I wanted cheese, let alone that I wanted to add it. He said he would remove the charge and then didn't. At that point, I didn't want to deal with him and his anxiety over the card so I just tipped less than 20. Don't worry, it was still over 15. I've worked in service before, many times. I just think, Shari's in the valley, you need to figure out how to support your waiters. They were very overrun and flustered.
