I really liked that there were tablets to order for yourself on. Having never been to a shake shack before, it was nice to not feel rushed while we browsed the menu. Our food was made to order and came out super quick. The French fries are the best I have ever had. I like that they were crinkle cut and were perfectly crispy. The burgers were way overcooked. They served it like this. I can’t believe it. Grilled cheese was good. Chicken bites were good. Soda good. I put a picture of the tables wall. It looked like grease splashed on it. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The hubs desired something simple, so I suggested Shake Shack. This burger food chain has always served me well. We kept it simple this time around with a Shackburger and fries. The wait was a little long but otherwise it was a great experience. The food is SO delicious! I’m from Canada so we don’t get to enjoy shake shack, the last time I had it was in NYC a few years ago, I’d been dreaming about it since and it did not disappoint! Haha Thank you! When I saw the Shake Shack here, I wanted to try since I heard about it. Smallest burger I have ever had after McDonald's Kids Cheeseburger lol. I tried the shack stack ( burger top with mushroom burger ), and the taste was okay. Their Shroom Burger was tasteless in my opinion. I typically don't leave reviews for food places but after our shopping we thought we'd stop and try shake shack on our way out because we heard amazing things! The ordering was simple and nice because we got to just order through a kiosk. I wasn't sure how long it would take so after about 10 minutes I went up to wait for my food and noticed my order was on the counter but under a different name, even the person under that name was confused. They took my food back for some reason, sat back down and waited another 15 minutes and finally we got our food. I could tell its SOMEWHAT decent because the flavor was there but the food was cold at this point. Idk what was going on but clearly there was a lack of communication going on. Have never tried Shake Shake before and it didn’t disappoint. Possibly one of the best burgers I have had. The fries were also very good. Other people in our group got the chicken sandwich and they liked those as well. I would definitely go back if I lived nearby.

This was our first visit and we were impressed. Good burgers and crispy fries. I had never had crispy I crinkle fries before! They are usually soggy, but not this place. We had the Christmas sugar cookie shake and it was good. I love when restaurants provide cups for water.

Overall, a nice place to get a shake. The shake was fine, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Above average, even. However, they were out of the two special flavors of shake and didn't have anything on their menu saying they were out. My kids were very disappointed they couldn't try the Oreo Funnel Cake shake. And yes, they were out of some entrees and had that noted on the sign, so don't tell me they couldn't do it. They made my order pretty fast. Things from the grill seemed to take longer.
