Santiagos used to be my go to when it came to breakfast burritos, I loved that their green chili had a bite to it. Well santiagos, you have now been replaced. Senor Miguels has over taken 1st place by a mile. The hot here is habanero hot, which is fantastic to say the least. Throw in that the burritos are $3 out the door and you have a winning combination. Fantastic breakfasts at bargain, pre inflation rates. I can't say how much I love this place enough, go on try it and review it with what you think about when you do. Staff was rude, I tried to order ahead of time and I can see they have my order but made me wait anyway for no reason. They were so rude to me, I would not be surprised if they spit on these burritos to customers who order in bulk. Especially the guy on the grill making the burritos. He just looked at the order and came over to me and said "Who orders 20 burritos in the morning?!" and the young lady at the cashier added "you can take your business somewhere else." I just bought 3 breakfast burritos today 11-17-2023 bacon 1/2 & 1/2…. I’ve never had anything that bad or gross come from here ! The bacon was 90% fat and gristle and almost puked when trying to eat these.. I've been here twice, one for a breakfast burrito and the other for their lunch burritos. I think the breakfast burrito had too much chile so the overall texture was too watery. However, the lunch burritos had the appropriate amount of filling. The chile here is legit. I've only tried the hot version and it's very spicy even for me who can handle spice quite well. The price is also very affordable. This is one of the rare hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants I've been trying hard to find in Colorado.
