Senonas in Siargao is best known for its Siargaonon bulalo. I have had bulalo from different places both upscale restaurants and carinderia bulalo, in different parts of the PH, I also cook my version but their bulalo is different. The recipe roots back to the grandmoms of their grandmoms and they said it was usually served only during special occasions. And since I also cook, I asked what makes their bulalo different, and of course since it's heirloom, it's their secret. Lol. Their menu is a showcase of local and lumad dishes and then some. And everything is cooked fresh using their fresh ingredients that are planted at the back of the restau. We came here every night whilst in Siargao for the cute bar! Mark "Dice" was the best bartender and looked after us each night. Fun vibes, karaoke & great cocktails. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

we tried their bulalo as recommended by a local and was really pleased with it! The bulalo had been boiled on a charcoal pit right outside their shop for hours and it reflected in the rich taste of the soup! must try with chilli patis!

Order's took too long to be served. Orders were already cooked, but they serve first those who ordered later than us. Maybe they practice, first come, last serve🤷‍♀️ Also, bad customer service.

Disappointed. Ordered 3 calderetas and they were full of nerves and bones. Also, the chorizo bbq comes with the string. Wouldn’t recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
