I always appreciate it when there is more than one option of coffee beans to choose from, and this place had Light, Medium & Dark roast all available. I got the light roast as an Americano, and it was decent. Good amount of acidity, with a nice long aftertaste. It comes with some tea which is nice. Pretty cheap, but decent quality. My partner got a latte and wasn't keen on it unfortunately. A drip/filter option would be great but not currently available. We discovered this local roaster with coffee sourced from a small scale local grower. Coffee was GREAT. Staff are friendly. Price is unbeatable. We bought their coffee and brewed it in our room using a french press! One of the highlights of our trip to Mae Sariang!
