Bad experience at SR Papar today, as the staff submitted our orders at 1.39pm, but the meals served at 2.43pm. At 2.15pm, the staff had informed us that their locate machine at their kitchen was turned off so our order did not submitted to the kitchen. But unfortunately, the other customer besides our table received their orders earlier than mine eventhough I arrived first. As for this matter, I think the kitchen staff should inform earlier to the service staff so they can inform to the customers about the delaying orders. What makes me more unsatisfied was, there is no other alternatives from their staff or even manager to an apology for this matter. I hope you guys can improve your service and trained your staffs to be more ready if any of these circumstances happen again.

Always enjoy the food here. Been visiting here often because the good food and atmosphere. But today I was dissatisfied with the service. There was a buy 1 free 1 main course promotion. We ordered from the menu that was included in the promotion, spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti arrabiata. But the staff mistakenly put in the order wrong, she put in shrimp arrabiata which is not included in the promo. And we had to paid for it. We did everything that is right, we asked before ordering about the promotion, making sure that we ordered fron what is included but the order was put in wrong by the staff. Even when paying, we told the manager about the mistake. He even confirm with the staff that she made a mistake. But we had to pay full price. I'll say as it is, I feel scammed and definitely will think twice about your so called promotion again.

Cake order service is the worst ever. The waiter didnt even bother to serve customer politely. The handwritting on top of the cake is hideous. Bad service.

This restaurant cured in depression . Has the best western food I've ever ate , plus the quantity of the food being served is fair( only for fish and chips because only ate the fish and chip ) .
