Cannot express my DISAPPOINTMENT enough. Service from staff were unfriendly. Cupcakes and biscuits are dry, hard and unpleasant. Cutlery was dirty. Drinks that were in the fridge were at room temperature and not cold/chilled. Tables outside had birds mess that looks like it wasn't cleaned out for ages. Very unpleasant experience, won't be back. Arrived at ten to five to be quite rudely told that first we are closing, second we are closed and that they cannot serve me a cup of coffee......didn't realise that a closing time of 5 meant you close prior and dont want to serve anyone 🙄 shocking....I would suggest a change on your website with the timings... Did not feel like going into the office so I took a trip to Seattle Virginia Circle. Greeted and served like I meant something to their business. Had an awesome grande coffee which was strong and tasty. Had 2 choc chip cookies and they were outstanding. Got my work done and all whilst doing this customers are being greeted and served with smiles and laughter. It has a vibe and worth popping into if you are looking to catch up, or just grab a coffee. Love the Seattle Coffee Company. My new go-to. I wonder why it took me so long to try them out!? And this girl is not sorry. 5 stars for their butterscotch latte's.
