It's nice to see a homely halaal restaurant in this area. The steak whopper had steak, Vienna, egg, sauce and salad. It usually has chips on the burger as well but we got ours separately. It was tasty 😋 I enjoyed the Turkish delight milkshake. They don't have back up power during load shedding so check the ESP app before going. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cute little place in a nice area. The food is not the best. However it tastes very homely, not restaurant made which is a positive. They also sell butter cookies which were very good. The Curry and biriyani is Durban style. Prices slightly on the higher side but portions are decent. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

What an amazing dishes. Frozen and ready to help beat the load shedding stress and let’s not talk about the amazing flavour of the meals. I bought my friend the full house masala steak and he recommends it, as he said it was divine and super filling. The butter chicken that I had was really good, more on the sweet side than a tangy taste but it was delicious. I truly enjoyed that much that I came back for more. Nice place if you want home-made curry and other Indian food. The food is good, and I've tried various dishes without any complaints. I went to the new store in Rylands. Maybe they specialise in curries, but that I get at home coz this is Rylands! Tried the masala steak full house sandwich and burger.. steak had no flavour other than salty. Burger is made with dense mininsteak patties.. definitely not what I expected. Terrible. Undercooked, tasteless and overpriced lamb briyani. Lentils were hard, rice hard, potatoes hard and 2 small pieces of lamb for R130. Day light robbery. Butter chicken was watered down but at least edible. Never again. This restaurant should pay my money back for this shocking meal. Pathetic Service, ordered 30 minutes ago on whatsapp to collect (in which they told me my food order would be ready to collect in the next 20 mins), only to get to the shop and they tell me that they out of stock in terms of masala steak. Loadshedding just started (2hrs) and they said we should wait till after to get our food. Lack of communication.

Their food is fantastic. The owners and super friendly and definitely left a good impression on us! The butter chicken Salomie omg 🤤🤤🤤🤤 samoosas are great, falooda is fantastic, koeksisters are Divine. Can really really highly recommend.
