10/10 recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Colorado city Texas! Their food is amazing! Their sweet tea is so yummy! I loved everything I tried! It's also right off of the highway. I'm from New Mexico and was thinking the Mexican food here would be weird. But let me tell you it did not disappoint! First of all I usually don’t do this but had to share this great experience !! We were at a softball game and walked in with a table of 13. The waitress told us in advance she was the only one working waiting tables. I told her she was fixing to get very busy. She had a great attitude and served us VERY well considering how busy it got. She was very honest with everyone letting them know she was the only one. She took her time and made sure it was done right the first time. As far as the food. Every person at our table ordered something different. I thought oh no this is going to be a disaster. Nope. All of our food came out hot, fresh and great. Everyone loved what they had ordered. I was parked at the truck stop across the street for the night, and decided to walk over to Santiago's for dinner. Small town restaurants can be either bad or really good. Fortunately, Santiago's was the latter, and I was really happy with my meal. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, which came out exactly as I ordered it. It came with a roll and two sides. The best part of a grilled steak is the little charred bits that form when the flames nip at the edges, and my steak had a perfectly cooked outside and medium rare inside. I couldn't have been more pleased. I hope my travels take me back to Colorado City, Texas so I can eat here again. The place to go in this small town. Nice setting, plenty to choose from on the menu. Cheeseburger with fries was good. Salsa and chips for your sit down. The service was friendly and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite to eat in Colorado City.

Great service and food. I had the Carne asada tacos, which are really good and filling. My husband had a bacon burger, and he said it was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Patties are fresh! The service was terrible, they claim authentic Mexican food. Come on the fajitas didn’t even taste right. The enchiladas my daughter got were covered in cheap nacho cheese you would get at a ball game. We waited and waited , my wife asked our waitress about our order and she wasn’t sure and it was ready all the sudden . If she didn’t ask we would have waited another 10-15 minutes I’m sure. Our waitress was rude . I’m Mexican and if you say Mexican food or claim to be Mexican then that food better taste like Mexican food. Rosas not real Mexican food but way better!

Great place to stop for a quick quiet lunch. 10/10 reccomend the burger it was fresh and hot well topped and just delicious as well with their fries! Our waitress was super friendly and timely. Would definitely stop again when passing through!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

EXCELLENT customer service and I highly recommend the steaks. It was perfectly cooked, and the green beans were very good. I came in 20 minutes before they closed and was promptly served, and the steak was so excellently marinaded that you dont need steak sauce. I highly recommend this restaurant.
