In all fairness, for how many times I've tried Samgyupado Bolbok, last April 25 was the only Best Experience of Service I've had with them compared to my previous dining experience with them. Their staffs were friendly especially the Lady / Cashier who's always smiling to her customers, great job. To the server as well up to the manager of this Branch, y'all did a great job guys. Keep it up. For the Food, almost all of the side dishes was complete and the serving was fast. Hopefully you'll do this every day all through out your customers in this Branch. So I think it's a YES to NO more Bad Experience at Samgyupado Bolbok. 😉 Last one, they are also Pet friendly. Very bad first experience. We went on a Sunday night after church to have some dinner. We order the 249 unli. we are 3 person serving with sidedish that is good for 1 person only and NEVER refill even we call the server. The service is very slow.. we lost our apettite. never ever recommend this store 👎🏻👎🏻 Very disappointing. Very bad experience Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There are lots of rooms for improvements. Very bad ventilation. Plastic, low-grade utensils. Doesn't seem to properly apply the PWD discount. Matagal dumating ang orders. Food quality isn't that good. Cleanliness is good.

Poor Service! Wasn't able to inform us ahead of time that the lettuce weren't unlimited when we thought its unli cause that is what posted. They should inform the customers ahead of time so they won't be disappointed.
