Took myself to lunch here today and SO GLAD I did!! The place is super cute and the staff were very friendly. I sat at the bar and Johnny took care of me 😊
I ordered their mule and decided on the fish and chips. I couldn’t decide and Johnny told me to order something I hadn’t had in a while, so that’s what I did. Did not regret it at all! I opted for the lightly dusted cornmeal fish, but they still offer the pub style way too. It was PERFECT! The fish was flavorful and flaky and the breading was a perfect combination of crunchy and tasty! Perfectly cooked and fried. The tartar sauce was mild and that’s great, because I’m a tartar snob (I hate over salted and too “dill”y)! Even the coleslaw with brussel sprouts was outstanding! Not too sweet and not too tangy 🤤
I love this place! I can’t wait to come back again and try other menu items out with my husband and hoping my book club can meet here next month! ♥️
Disclosure: they add a 3.5% industry fee, but I'm happy to pay that! It added a whole $1.66 to my bill 😊

Had a lovely date night! The interior is very cute, service was great. Cheese curds were fantastic. I had the bourbon bacon salmon, cooked to a perfect medium. Delicious!
More expensive than our usual date nights but well worth it. Everything was fresh and made there, including the cheesecake we had for dessert.
There is a 3.5% service fee on all checks. I didn't ask what it was for but it also didn't bother me.

I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Pasta. The pasta itself was overcooked. Although the added on shrimp was good, the actual dish was lacking any flavor. We ordered fish and chips and it came out burnt and was not flaky like typical beer battered fish is. The French fries were also a bit over cooked. The one soda we ordered was flat and we did send that back. If we didn’t have our kids with us and already waited 35+ minutes for the food I would have sent it back to be remade or ordered something else. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is very nice.

Loved this place. Very good food with great portions sizes for a fairly reasonable price for what it is. We got the firecracker shrimp, hot fries, pork chops, salmon, steak, and the Asian salad. Everything was fantastic except the Asian salad was just simple and fine.
Cocktails are also really fun and unique, loved the blue heron, peartini, and the Moscow mule
Our server was Jacky and she was very kind, helpful, and efficient. She knew all about the start of and history of the owners and was very good to talk to.

They definitely have something for everyone. The menu is pretty generous in options. I ordered the Chop Diane and my husband ordered fish and chips. The pork was melt in your mouth good. I highly recommend the beer cheese soup. Everything here tasted fresh and every employee was so friendly especially our server Jonny. Will definitely be back.

I had fish and chips! I can't say enough about how delicious my meal was overall. I have never had fish like that before. The coleslaw had a great taste. I do have to say my fries were a little mushy but the main dish was absolutely amazing!!
The drinks we had were delicious. I only wish it was a little bigger😆
The restaurant looked like an up sale place. Decorated very nicely. The staff was very nice and friendly. My only complaint would be that it was so loud in there.
With that being said I highly recommend that you go check it out for yourself.

Great location and we were happy to be here opening day. The remodel looks amazing and bar and seating is all very nicely done. Menu looks great and the food and drinks we had were top notch. Will definitely return and happy to have such a nice restaurant near by.

Went the first weekend they were open and although it was busy, the staff did an amazing job! The handcrafted drinks were delish! Also ordered the flatbread with their beer cheese is a must! Taylor our waitress was attentive and explained the menu and drinks to us very well!

FINALLY a nice place to go out to eat/drink for ALL us people that have moved out to the far south east (San Tan Valley). We were there tonight and found out they’ve only been open 5 weeks. So, I get that owners and friends can put reviews on Google in their favor. Well, I’m NOT family or friends with owners. Yes we experienced an issue with our food. Definitely some confusion in the kitchen and both my wife and I started to get angry. Then the owner Jordan came over to our table and once we heard they were just 5 weeks open, our entire take/attitude changed. Both of us are business owners currently with me being responsible for starting and running 7 businesses over my 43 years of adulthood. That being said,, it was an absolute pleasure listening to Jordan give us a brief rundown of their history. OMG the correct order came out and was simply AMAZING. I’m posting a picture of my fish n chips because this is the FIRST time I’ve EVER had the entire filet in one piece. The tartar sauce is AMAZING and the coleslaw was the best I’ve ever had. From what I could tell, the French fries are actual fresh potatoes fried in house. So that was nice too. The wife had the sirloin steak and I had a taste. Very good but doesn’t beat mine. Nobody beats mine lol. Ok now to go the bartender Johnny. After we were all done and leaving, I decided to go up to the bar and inform Johnny that my drinks were perfect considering how screwed up they are everywhere we go. What a concept getting a cocktail that tastes exactly how it should. Ok, here’s the lowdown from a regular Joe type guy that lives WAY out here almost by Arizonas largest prison complex. Sage & Barrel is Definitely worth a visit. Great food n drinks at a fair price and definitely something sorely needed in our area.

Such a great addition to Queen Creek! The food was amazing had the fish and chip with a corn meal batter. Even the coleslaw was good! Started off with the Blue Heron cocktail so yummy! Service was great as well! We will be back!
