UPDATE: Ive lived here a few years now ive tried out every single restaurant thats been recommended , in my opinion not only is this te best mexican food in town but its the best food in town overall: WoW I've found flavor in Great Bend. Iffin you need some spice and flavor in your life check this place out. I'm very grateful to have been recommended this restaurant. It's not somewhere that I would have found by myself with its humble location. They are not afraid to put chili's on your plate don't be afraid to ask for them if chiles is your thing. The portions are generous the price is more than fair. I will absolutely be back to try out the extensive dessert selection. The food is nice enough for date night and at the same time the atmosphere is laid back enough for children. If I had to add something negative I would say it did take us quite a long time to get our food but the chips and music kept us content while we waited

The absolute worst when it comes to business hours, google says they're open until 8 and so does the sign on the door, 3rd time this has happened to me. Seems like they just shut it down whenever they feel like it.

I’ve been here once successfully last year when I still lived in town. I had the elote en vaso and a strawberry aguas fresca. The elote was yummy and the aguas fresca was just okay. I tried coming back today (Tuesday 8/8/23) because I’ve been wanting to try a paleta but no longer live here. I tried coming at 12:40 but saw the sign on the door says the hours are 1-8. No problem. I came back at 7:05 PM and the door is locked and lights are off. No note on the door. Do better, Sabores.

Love love love this place. We order it on DoorDash every weekend and sometimes even multiple times! It is a little expensive but the amount of food you get is well worth it. Only thing I would change is that it would be available on DoorDash throughout the entire week.

I could literally eat their food everyday, this place is awesome and so underrated. There are games inside, nice environment, and plenty of treats and food I love it 100% recommend

Don’t drive past this place! Stop, enjoy and spread the word! We were surprised to experience authentic cuisine in the middle of Kansas! Every single item burst of flavors. Every level heat salsa but not too overwhelming. They brought out 3 different flavors. Traditional, Verde, Hot (orange). The chips were homemade and reminded us of Arizona Mexican restaurants. ✅ The burritos we ordered were heaping stuffed with the best meats without filler items. ✅The rice and beans were a hit too. I ordered a refreshing watermelon drink…just wow! Was so full we didn’t have a chance to try the ice cream items, but next trip we will save room! 💯 The wait staff was friendly and the bill was more than fair!

The food was good. I got enough food for four meals, and my parents both took home left overs also. The prices seem high, but you get enough food to compensate for it.

Sat here for a literal hour as I watch ppl come and. Go then was told it would be another 20 minutes because they had a whole bunch of DoorDash orders pile up then I watch them bring out a table that came in after me their food. They were dining in will not be coming back and I’m sad because I love this place. But they obviously get too busy.

EXCELLENT; fajita chicken, red sauce, spicy green salsa, refried beans and ice cream. Went there to get my favorite food which is hot roasted pork green chili. Their pork green chili is available only on Saturday and Sunday. Food is served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friendly and authentic with Hispanic music and 8 comfortable booths, along with tables. They also serve huge portions. Looking forward to going back soon. -Phil

They have amazing customer service. Even when my card didn't work they offered my meal for free. They're amazingly kind and even if they were bad I would drive from Ellenwood just to get some of their food so it's good stuff. Whatever cream they use in their parfiet makes it taste better than any I've had so far and my family loves their elotas
