Bit hit and miss as to what they actually have in stock, though I believe one can order ahead for the type of cake you require. Service is ok but there is hardly ever anyone else in there when I've been there. The cakes and desserts are by far the best available here, much better than the supermarket ones. Worst branch ever! I would’ve go all the way to Jeddah better than buying anything from here. They have the worst costumer care. Scheduling a delivery doesn’t mean anything to them. This is the third time they did this to me. I would’ve raised a complaint about the store but doesn’t know where to go for it. Don’t bother yourself to order for your special event from here!
