Rule the Roost is an awesome option if you're wanting a chicken sandwich, but you're tired of all the usual chains around you. They don't have many options, but I don't think they need them. They do one thing, and they do it right. I got the Nashville hot, on the 2nd to hottest scale, and I'll say, spice wise, it was a bit disappointing. I love spicy food, and this was nothing really. I definitely could have gotten the hottest level. Their fries are top tier. They're waffle fries but they're almost battered and crispy on the outside. I highly recommend giving this a try! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I eat here at least once a week on my lunch break and the food and staff are great. I love The Nashville Hot tenders with the house sauce. They have really good potatoes and funnel fries to.The lady who takes my order is always so friendly and helpful and even has my order memorized. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

So I was getting my haircut next door my wife was waiting on me she went in to get us a couple of chicken sandwiches since it would have been our first time eating there but when she went in there she actually went to the restroom first to wash your hands as she was leaving the restroom one of the managers approached her really and told her she could not use the restroom if she was not eating she cannot use the restroom. But we still ended up ordering two chicken sandwiches although I was not going to do so after the altercation and to be honest with you I've had better chicken sandwiches. And I'm not just saying that because of the situation that is honest truth. We go out to eat a lot. But as far as the customer service and the food you can find better! This chicken definitely has the juices 🤤🤤🤤 the chicken is so tender and juicy in each and every bite. Definitely gotta come back and try the loaded fries next time. Employees were also great and vibing while cooking could tell they enjoyed working there. Tenders are juicy and big but the fries were cold. coleslaw was way too sweet but I’m still giving it a 4 star. Nashville hot seasoning is really good too. Like the sweet and heat balance. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food is good, great flavor. Ordered the #1 meal and the wife had another sandwich meal. They gave me a junior sandwich, tiny little thing. Problem was I didn't order from the kids menu. Tasty, just not the same size as previous sandwiches we've had there. Unfortunate. Used to like the place.

2nd visit. Ordered 4 sandwich meals. Still a long wait for being the only car there but food is always hot and fresh. Ordered 3 sandwich meals to go. I’m not sure how I feel about waiting almost 30min for them but I tried the #1 Nashville Hot Chicken and give it 8/10. The chicken was terrible but I think it was just the piece I got, I’m sure that’s not par and y’all actually serve fresh juicy chicken fillets. Will come back to try another item soon and look forward to a better experience.

First time here and the experience wasn’t so good . First the Sandwich wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. 2nd I tried the lactose free root beer milk shake which was horrible ( it tasted funny/ old) when I ask to switch it out for a new one .One employee even said (“ha you got the root beer “) which to me means you knew it was nasty . But rather than exchange it for another one they wanted me to BUY another . But on the plus side fries where AWESOME !!
