I had ordered the California bowl but instead I got the shrimp tacos which did not even have shrimp on it too it only came with the shell. The lady at the cashier clearly had a hard time hearing, I even had to repeat myself a couple of times and still did not get it right. The only reason I am eating this a 2 star and not a 1 star is because they had my favorite drink. I hope the service gets better for the sake of any other customer that walks in because I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m here at Rubio’s right now. Angel is the cashier at the front register at this time. THANK YOU so much for providing excellent customer service with a genuine smile and for confirming that you took my order accurately, in a timely & friendly manner. I will definitely be coming back to this location because I like to spend my money where it’s appreciated and where I receive great customer service. So!!! Thanks for making a hungry customer very happy. And he addressed me by name and asked if there was anything else I needed before I left. Such a wonderful experience. Service: 5

Been several times over the years. A little pricey so not visited regularly. The female taking the orders got some orders mixed up but we got our food. The food is always hot and good, the interior was redesigned so there were less tables. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My family and I go to Rubio's often and I get the quinoa rice and I have never had it look like this before. As you see in the photo it appears very inedible and nothing like I've ever seen it before. Also my son and I decided to smell the rice due to how inedible it appeared and the smell was awful like dirt. I decided not to take a chance but nobody should have to question whether their food is edible that they order and have to waste their money and possibly risk their health. I hope to never have this experience again at Rubio's.

Food was great and made to perfection. Wishing the side of rice was bigger but everything was good. Restaurant was clean and music wasn't too loud like some places. Room temperature was perfect because I'm always cold.

Check your order before you leave I ordered a chicken burrito got fish and the chicken I did get was completely charred unfortunately my order was to go and there was not much to do at that point Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
