I order today around 4:30 am after 1 hour of waiting my order is been delivered i order beef fry but they give another beef item and the salad is spoiled already have bad smell.. i contact them they said they will change my food after 1 hour again i message them but they tell no available rider. If i did not message them im waiting for nothing. They just keep making excuses.. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst..worst..Pathetic management.. after waiting for 1 and half hour for deliver the food.. telling me its not ready will send after one hour.. 2 and half hour for order..this is Worst restaurant management.. dont have proper words to describe it.. should be zero star😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Very very Bad. Don't eat anything from Royal Tea. Worst Staff worst delivery. If you want anything order in Fajr they will deliver in Asr ... You order they will decide delivery time... Dont buy

I have been waiting for 25 minutes for a small burger. Wanted to have a quick bite. Doesnt make sense to take so much time for a burger. They probably forgot about it. Whats worse is this is my 2nd time experiencing this poor service 👎

Food is good but delivery time more than one hour every time, so be careful when you ordering food from here they will deliver after one and half hour even if you are in 3km radius.
