Spent $11 dollars on 2 tacos that had hardly any food in them asked for cheese on them they left it off. The food is pretty good but the portion size is terrible for the amount of money everything costs. This was a 2 bit taco for $5 smh Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Taco

I recently visited Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory, and I would categorize it as a unique combination of fast food and restaurant. The first thing that caught my attention was the pleasant interior, which had a charming ambiance. One of the highlights of my experience was being able to watch the tortillas being made, adding a touch of authenticity to the dining experience. When it came to ordering, the process was straightforward. You place your order upfront and then take a seat at your chosen table. Although the staff members taking the orders were not particularly cheerful, they were not rude either. It would have been nice to see a bit more enthusiasm from them, as it could have enhanced the overall customer experience. One aspect that impressed me was the speed at which the food was prepared. It didn't take long at all from the moment I ordered to when the food was available for me to grab. This efficiency is definitely a plus, especially for those looking for a quick bite. Regarding the food itself, I found the overall quality to be moderate. The menu offered a decent variety of options, and the flavors were enjoyable, albeit not mind-blowing. The portions were not huge, but the price wasn’t that high so the value met my expectations. If you're looking for a quick and reasonably priced meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place is worth a visit. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Rosa's is the only place I am still genuinely happy to go out to eat to. The only place you can get more food for less money is taco bell, and unlike them this won't leave you sick and feeling gross. Going inside is always the better move, as they have a stocked salsa bar and free refills on your drinks. The tortillas are fresh and made right in front of you. The only complaint is that they only exist in Texas and I have to move around a lot. I have yet to see a Rosa's differ from another location, and this spot is no exception. Thank you kindly, Rosa's Cafe. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tortillas
Stopped in last weekend to pick up something for dinner (take out) I felt like it was abit too pricey. But what isn't these days. I had some enchiladas beans, rice etc. And it was good. I am more of a taco cabana fan. But we don't have one of those in the town I live in. So overall no complaints. Paid almost $4 for fajita chicken to be added to my order and the left it off… this is not the first time either. I don’t live in town so it’s inconvenient to drive all the way back. This is super annoying.

Always check order when using drive thru. I love the food when I get the order filled correctly. This last trip no cheese on the enchiladas, last trip I noticed no tortillas with the fajitas so I went in and got them then got home and no lettuce guacamole cheese cup, time B4 no vegetables with the fajitas just meat, time B4 no roasted jalapeno. The meal is just not what I had a taste for if not complete. More checks and balances needed. I live 10 miles outside of town so going back to correct is just not feasible. And the fajitas from Rosa's is my go to meal. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Beef Fajitas

It’s okay. The food could be hotter, even lukewarm is acceptable but it’s usually room temp. The restaurant is clean and there are plenty of places to sit. Dogs are allowed on the patio, that earned you an extra star. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was decent - it's been repeatitively bland the last few times I've gone. Their restaurant is absolutely filthy. The kitchen is passable, but the rest of it is awful. Dirty counters, drink machines, bathrooms, and nasty bus tubs left in the hallway next to the bathrooms where I nearly tripped over them. If you're gonna eat here, go through the drive thru. Well normally I'm content with Rosas but today the lack of leadership in a workplace was displayed. I brought it to their attention that their Chile de arbol was sour and yet smelled bad. It took a bit for a MANAGER to come forward then when I asked him to smell it,he argued its supposed to smell like that so I said well taste it and yet he walked off. Completely unprofessional and not wanting to hear it. Being a manager you must hear it all!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Always a Hit. If you want Mexican food quickly, Rosa’s is your best bet. Dine in, drive thru or to go, Rosa’s is fast. We dined on a quiet Wednesday evening at 8PM and got our order within 5 minutes and everything for our party of 4 was correct and delicious. Taco Tuesday at lunchtime can be extremely busy with the parking lot overflowing to neighboring properties. Sunday after church can be the same. In our many visits we have only had one disappointing food dish and that was refried beans that were very bland. Otherwise every visit has been wonderful!
