They are always friendly, the chicken and mushroom is INSANELY nice, and their pricing as very affordable! I once asked them to make a heart shaped pizza for an anniversary gift and they were happy to do it and excited to show me. It's small things like this that weave the community spirit throughout your brand 🥰

This was the first time we have eaten Roman's Pizza in Gauteng and we were not disappointed. Roman's Pizza, Sunninghill is definitely a place to go for awesome pizza. Service was good, staff were friendly and the pizza was delicious. We will definitely go back there again.

The order was cold and the pizza did not taste that good. It was disappointing to receive a meal that was not prepared properly. The crust was soggy and lacked any crispness. The toppings seemed to be haphazardly scattered and lacked any real flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

2 weeks ago i ordered my pizza as usual, and waited 15 to 20 mins in the car. Came back to collect and was told sorry ma'am your order hasnt been done, but we can make it quickly right now. I ordered on the app. Within about 30 I had heard nothing from anybody so I called the restaurant, the lady who picked up told me she’d call the driver and call me back when she knew when he was at my house. Another 15 minutes pass and still nothing so I called again, and the lady on the line hung up on me. So I called back, again, the same lady answered, she told me she’d call the driver and call me back. 10 minutes later, she called me back and told me that he’s not answering the phone. I, naturally, got very upset because we had paid for our food already. She hung up.. AGAIN. I didn’t bother calling her again because she was no help whatsoever. About 7 minutes later the driver arrives, the food was cold…
Placed an order online for delivery.
After quite some time with no feedback I thought I should phone the restaurant to find out if all is in order just to be told they no longer can deliver to my adress.
Elijah was extremely rude and pretended that he could not hear me over the phone only after I said I will be taking this further he could all of a sudden hear me very clearly to acknowledge.
If you were not able to deliver rather just let a person know not let us wait an hour now we have to make another plan for our office staff!

It's surprisingly good. Thick bases make a difference to the overall quality that we enjoyed. Will probably be back in the future.
