Regardless of where you live, if you want something good you may have to drive a little out of your way to get it. Here in Yuma, you want some killer food, you may have to take a 20-minute drive to San Luis, Arizona. On the east end of the city is where you'll find Rolls & Bowls, known for their fusion of Japanese cuisine and Mexican traditions. Aside from the amazing food, they have some pretty unique takes on classic drinks. Rolls $ Bowls offers a great selection of mixed drinks, the only thing I advise you is not to assume they taste like the ones at your favorite bar. Now, the mojito is just delicious, but the chelada takes the cake. The Rolls & Bowl chelada looks amazing just sitting there, the rim coated in chamoy and tajin, possibly sugar and crowning it is a poker with olives, a pepper and candied grasshoppers. That's common south of the border. The drink is absolutely amazing and you don't even taste that there's a shot of patron in it. If you enjoy life, Rolls & Bowls is a must visit. Un lugar muy pequeño lo cual no me molesta pero tenlo en cuenta si vienen 6 o mas personas. Necesitan mejorar su servicio o contratar mas personal, nunca habia tenido tan mala experiencia. Llegamos a las 8:45 (cierran a las 10), tardaron 15 minutos en atendernos estando parados ahi en el mostrador/puerta, atendieron a alguien que llego despues que nosotros y luego quisieron negarnos el servicio porque faltaba una hora para cerrar, pero le commente que llegamos antes y tomo la orden aunque de mala gana. Cuando recibi la orden estaba incompleta y solo me dieron un rembolso de lo que faltaba. Esperamos mas de una hora y al final tuvimos que ir a comer al jack in the box por un error de ellos. My visit to Rolls and Bowls Sushi was, unfortunately, an experience that did not meet the expectations one has for a quality sushi restaurant. Despite a pleasant atmosphere and good service, crucial aspects of the culinary experience left much to be desired. The rice they used didn't taste like a normal Japanese rice should, as it should be soft with just the right amount of vinegar and texture. If it doesn't feel authentic, it's a crucial aspect to improve. Another important aspect is... The excessive use of Mirin in the sushi rolls and teriyaki was evident, resulting in an overwhelming flavor that overshadowed other tastes and detracted from the authenticity of the experience. The teriyaki sauce was unevenly distributed and had an unpleasant texture, causing the dish to lose its appeal and taste. Lastly, I would like to address the lack of distinctive flavor in the gyoza, which was disappointing. They should be a burst of flavor, but in this case, they barely left an impression as they lacked so much flavor. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food was good, they only had take out and I drove it back about 30 mins back to my hotel room and the food was still warm. The staff was helpful and helping me pick some items on the menu
