Very dirty place, very very disrespectful staff. We ordered and waited for our order and some people who ordered after us got served before. We asked for the reason they said “Ladies first”. Unfortunately the lowest rating is 1 star only otherwise it would have been 0. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible!!!!! I went in person for the food pickup to double check that the allergens are not included BUT they lied and caused us a severe allergic reaction. My son had anaphylaxis and they were like "oh sorry" nothing else. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Tempted by the food bloggers. It is not like the ones you see in the videos, mine was far less filled with chicken in the shawarma. The quality is good though. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible experience I placed my order then another waiter came and asked me to order again and was asking too many questions I don't know why! he was rude and not friendly at all. The place is nice and being part of Addoum. The place is always full. The menu contains a big variety of food and sweets. Portions are bug and prices are fair. The club sandwich and chicken sub are tasty.

They don't believe in gloves or any sanitary procedures. Staff barely speaks Arabic, you need a pen and paper to draw your order, or point it out.
