The grand Park Cafe opposite was out of business, otherwise I may not have noticed this charming place. Good coffee and service, with both the owner and manageress speaking excellent English. I'll be back. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ៛1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
