Very family friendly place!! Does NOT taste like "fast food" but you sure do get your order fast! We always get 3 kids meals, and it comes to $20 even every time. You get 3 BIG chicken strips, a MASSIVE pile of fries, a dipping sauce( I highly recommend the honey mustard or house made ranch) and a small drink. Our 11 year old usually can only eat half her meal for lunch, and always looks forward to having the rest for dinner. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything is absolutely delicious. Some of the best tasting food I've ever had. Hands down, the olive burger is the tastiest I have ever had. The peach drink is another favorite. The staff has always been cheerful and super friendly. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love this place! They have the best chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries...I have actually drove all the way there from Hastings just to get food, then drive back and eat it, and it's still hot... this has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since I was a kid! Food is amazing, there are times where in my meat I find hard pieces, which is fine but always makes me cringe lol. I love the fries and I’ve been going here for years!! 100% reccomend. This place is full of nostalgia. I'm not sure how the service was back in the day but it's not that great now. We ordered an olive burger well done. Comments came from back in the kitchen, "All our meat is well done". I surely did not need to hear a smart comment. Best thing to say nothing and just give us our burger well done. We ordered two root beers. The girl was going over the order and said, "one mountain dew". My wife said no that was a root beer and the girl said smartly, "yeah I got that". So we didn't like the service and the food was second rate at best. Except for the fries, they were great! We won't be back. They should try fresh hamburgers and all beef hot dogs for starters and have the kitchen staff and counter staff get some manners. This was our first time and last time. By looking at the rest of the reviews I can see we must have gone when the prisoners took over. It's a shame because we love olive burgers and chili dogs but they were the worst. Nothing juicy about that burger. Sat around for awhile I expect.

I NEVER go to Battle Creek when I'm not working, but yesterday, I wandered around a bit on my lunch break and drove past this place. The huge, retro-style sign got my attention . I thought about going today, which I did. I was pleased to see there's a drive through too! Service was quick. My order was already up when I paid. I got two Olive Burgers, because I was hungry. Wow, those burgers were great! Blows away a typical fast food burger! Hardly greasy, perfectly seasoned, and a decently thick patty for what you pay. Yum! I will return.

Best fries in town! Always fresh, hot, and crispy. When I crave a fast burger this is where I go, Ritzee drive through. I'm never disappointed and the people are always friendly. A local gem! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would give the service a 5 star review. Food was good and hot, got the chicken sandwich. In hindsight I would have rather done the burgers. The fries were good and fresh. The sandwich was run of the mill though. The speaker at the drive thru is a little garbled and hard to understand. Drive thru widow area is a snug fit in a large truck but manageable. Overall no seriously issues and would certainly go back for a burger next time and hope the service is just as good.

Counting to 4 is hard. Instead of the 4 cheeseburgers I ordered, they just wanted to give me 1. If you are only going to have drive-through then make sure the person working understands how numbers work. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
