On an overall score I would give rituals a full 5 star review. I really enjoy the donuts that they serve, especially the chillers, the service was pretty smooth and the atmosphere could do some work.

The wait time was a tad bit long, especially because the persons that came after us were seated before us. Additionally, staff hit my foot with there broom and scoop as I was walking in to be seated. Thirdly, the food was salty and drinks were overly sweet, felt like I was signing up for diabetes and hypertension at once. Also, a single chicken was meandering through the restaurant. Lastly, the attitude of the server was beyond rude, she demonstrated blatant negative attitude towards us, from rolling her eyes to delaying our service and, probably because we highlighted our concern with the persons who served before us. The disrespect was unbelievable.

The staff is always hospitable. Brew was perfect. Carpark remains a challenge though.
You need to get the cup holders though. Handling a grande cup with steaming hot drinks burns the hands.
Update.
Visited on the last day of the year and had such a bad experience. This is one of the better locations in Central but it was so terrible I had to change the rating.
My brew is always double espresso shots with fresh brew. My cup was 3/4 filled. I had to ask for a top up. But the horror came when I tasted the brew. It could not have been double espresso although the cashier insisted it was. And to compound the insult, I was advised that I can add another single shot for $11. I have been having this drink for years, years, when the Italian coffee was the choice before this Cuban option. I know a double espresso shot, even from that location, and this was not.
Then comes the food. I had the ham and cheese panini option, my sister selected the bacon, turkey and cheese. The ciabatta bread was perfect. The right crunch and toasting texture but the filling was such a disappointment. The cheese could not be found, pickles were two tiny pieces on one half of the sandwich. So too the onions and the tomatoes. My sister's was worse! We were looking for the bacon! Open your sandwiches at the counter and ensure you get what's on the menu.

Aviana, the super server! I arrived at 8am. There was only one attendant at the store front and whilst brewing coffee and making a sandwich for another customer, she quickly took my order and I was served within 2mins of arriving.
Again at lunchtime, she asked for my order and proceeded to serve me whilst, like superwoman, went on to making a sandwich, making chillers, washing mixers, serving brewed coffee, offered a tray to a customer, amongst other things, and served me my coffee in under 3mins. This is a level of service I have never seen in Trinidad before. She never stopped smiling. Thanks Aviana
