Ritch Cafe was a delightful surprise! From the moment I stepped in, the nautical theme transported me to a charming escape on the high seas. The porthole windows between the air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned sections added a unique touch, offering a glimpse into the vibrant atmosphere on both sides.
But the true stars of the show were the food and service. My Chicken Parmagiana was cooked to perfection, boasting a juicy and tender chicken breast encrusted in a crispy, flavorful breading. The accompanying tomato sauce was perfectly balanced, adding a touch of sweetness and acidity.
Speaking of perfect, their bread bowl soup was heaven in a bowl! The thick, chunky soup was brimming with fresh ingredients and overflowing from a warm, crusty bread bowl. It was the perfect comfort food on a cool evening.
The service at Ritch Cafe was just as warm and welcoming as the atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring my dining experience was truly enjoyable.
Overall, Ritch Cafe is a hidden gem offering delicious food, a unique ambiance, and friendly service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Kluang.

After the epidemic, came back to eat again for gathering. Their foods quality and taste dropped compared to last time.
Although the price was higher, but it was worth it last time since there wasn’t many western restaurants in Kluang, and always fully booked during special occasions.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, just ask the waiter for any food recommendations.
Nice ambience, cozy and chill with two different themed decorations, and it has three types of dinning area, air-con indoor, semi-indoor with good air ventilation and outdoor seating area.

The food tastes so-so and the pasta is neither aglio olio nor creamy. The black pepper does not taste like black pepper, more than oyster sauce😭 ordered chicken ham pasta, chicken with rice set all 4 plates didn't taste right for western food.

Friendly staff and good recommendation they give. Rich flavours. Mango salad and mushroom soup was really good. Decent ambience. More for birthdays. Centre of town. A little hard to find parking. Payment by visa acceptable

A sea tavern themed cafe. Nice vibe and atmosphere for all. Had a birthday celebration dinner there after like 8 years, and the food quality is still delish as we fondly remembered it. Top of the list? The Boule Bread with seafood and the lamb shank. Ordered our other few past favs - black pepper grilled chicken, salmon, duck aglio olio, ribeye and mango salad. Very good quality food. And great service too.

Surprisingly good, food served was tasty, service was fast and friendly. Price wise is less than similar restaurant in big cities like KL. Parking is not that bad, we parked 100m away as all bays were taken near the restaurant. Worth a visit if you decide to do a western in Kluang.

Good ambience cafe with fresh materials food.
Food taste good.
Good cooking skill on my grilled tuna. Abit crispy on the outer later. Remain juicy inside.
Honey lemon made with real honey.
Smoked duck salad. The smoked duck not over salty. Just nice.
Chicken with ham and cheese (no photo taken). The chicken thigh quite small. Taste average.
I tried the grilled salmon. The salmon was very fresh but I think the sauce can be improved. Mushroom soup and garlic bread taste good. Overall a great atmosphere for Christmas dinner 👍🏼

Great cafe. Been here several times with my friends. Great place to hang out, chilling with friends. The vibe's here great and make me feels like i'm in a place like "The Peaky Blinders" mood.
The provender were nice, great and really tasty. Only the pasta is little bit dry and a bit oily. Need to use olive oil so the taste could be more 'unique'.
Libations were very nice and freshening. Loved it!
The price is average. Not too expensive not too cheap. The service was great. Staffs were friendly and quick and professional. Great work to management! Recommended for people out there! I'll come again soon :)
Dishes were nice, just that fries are a bit overcooked. Lamb shank is up to standard and soft enough for golden ages.
