Italian fine dining experience was awesome! Table service was very good. Pizzas were made fresh... must try: Pizza Margherita and the 4-Cheese! Sour dough bread appetizer was good, and they will let choose your balsamic vinegar + olive oil combo! There are a lot to choose from! Go with the vanilla and original flavors!😋 Salad was good, with a hint of sea salt and balsamic vinegar, with generous portions of pan seared tuna. The resto quickly became our top choice of italian restaurant in the country. The dishes we ordered and the complimentary appetizers were luscious to our taste and the service (by Rodalyn) was exceptional. If you are a raw meat lover, their Beef Carpaccio is definitely a must-try! Ristorante di Verona has food better an offer than the actual city of Verona. This is one of the choicest places to go for a nice dinner in Clark and is located within the Swissotel building. We paid around 5,500 for the meal including tax and sc. We got the beef carpaccio, the pumpkin ravioli, beef tenderloin with truffle cream and the saffron risotto. All in all, too much food for 2 people. The meal could feed 3. Highly recommended when you're in Clark. Excellent fine-dining restaurant! Loved the fresh bruschetta and the delicious cannell! These were our best dishes. Didn't particularly like the tartufo pizza. Deconstructed tiramisu is good! Awesome customer service. Staff friendliness was impeccable. Calm interiors although our seat was incredibly cold with the draft of the AC. This place has an Al fresco area as well and some tucked away areas for privacy too. Simple but good wine list. Although, the food taste might not be to our liking— the best one for me was the bread with the choices of olive oil and balsamic vinegar…. We tried a lot of dishes. The tenderloin was soft. The apple dish was insignificant. The bruschetta was normal. Pasta was normal too. You should try the place and verify my thoughts though. Will I go back? Probably not. Great service though. Italian restaurant of Swissotel. Had lunch here but the food was a bit underwhelming. I enjoyed the complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which put my hopes up for the entrees which is disappointing later on I was reluctant to order dessert but the staff recommended it to us. Glad she did. It was good the mouse dessert and the superb service is commendable
