Don't expect New York City or any place with a large Jewish community quality bagels. Service can be slow when they're busy or late in the day. Prices are high but what you'd expect. Nowaday. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Rich’s has been my favorite bagel place for years. Anytime we’re up north, we have to stop by and grab some of the Asiago bagels. Their blueberry bagels are just as good. They’re soft and not dry like a lot of other bagel places are. It’s a great place and we absolutely love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Place is clearly popular but I don’t understand the hype. The bagels were small and had little caramelization to their crust. There was no blistering either, nor chew to the bagel. The cream cheese was also quite gloopy which made it unappealing. It also had very little mix-ins in it. I wish this had been great as I live nearby, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
This is a great spot to get fresh bagels and delicious breakfast sandwiches! Their prices are solid and every bagel is always great texture and chew consistency. They offer a variety of meats and cheeses for the breakfast sandwich but this time I order the sausage and Gouda breakfast sandwich with spinach and sprouts on a Asiago jalapeño bagel. Their staff are friendly and they have a quick order turn around time for cooking the eggs and sausage fresh in the back for every order. I have also tried their soups and pasta salads in the past and they offer great lunch specials. Overall a quality local business and a great place to try out if you’re in the area.
It was my first time trying out these bagels and I enjoyed them very much, I bought a dozen variety and all were delicious much better than the company..I also loved their cream cheese, especially the jalapeno/Orange ..I will definitely be going back again very soon! Recommended dishes Bagels

Nice and easy place to grab food before heading to the mountains. The breakfast bagel sandwich I bought for ~$13 seemed steep, but was filling. It'd be better if the bagel was bigger, at least enough to somewhat contain the egg, tomato, sausage, etc. Probably will come back to try something else. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rich's was always our favorite bagel place when we lived in the south end of the SLC valley, and we still try to make it back there for a bag of bagels and cream cheese when we are in town. Their bagels are a bit softer and smaller than NYC bagels, and still much better than anything you will get in the supermarket. Our 2 favorites are the Asiago Cheese and Everything, and we've been known to buy up all the Everything bagels they have. We also enjoy the flavored cream cheeses, which includes some of the usual flavors, as well as a less common one, green olive and pimento. If you are going during peak breakfast times, be aware there can be a long line. Get there as early as you can to avoid the rush! Waited forever for service. I ordered 3 dozen bagels and 6 things of cream cheese and the total was $83. All were for gifts and to find out that they were not sorted out and each dozen were all either plain/asiago/or cranberry, and they were not cut and one cream cheese was missing. Expensive bagels and they didn’t cut them or sort the bagels the way I wanted them to. Highly disappointed! Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible, small unflavored bagels and cream cheese. Awful service. Between the workers just standing around and ignoring customers at the counter and the younger staff (high school kids?) not listening or paying attention to anything customers are saying, the service comes across as downright rude and uncaring. I wasn’t expecting NYC level bagels here, but I would have expected friendly service at the very least. I don’t need to darken their doorstep again. I don’t get what the hype is about. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Bagels
Super pricey. I opted for the special ($14 for a sandwich, soup or pasta salad, and a drink). The lox was suggested to me, so I went for that, but was not told it would be a $5+ up charge until I was rung up. I could’ve gone with a cheaper option, but I figured I would just give it a try. Well for a $20 meal, I definitely expected a lot more bang for my buck. The sandwich was small, though it was very tasty. The soup (creamy tomato) was delicious and hot and the apricot tea was pretty good also. I understand pricing going up due to inflation, but I know there are other places where $20 goes a lot farther.
