Street food stall located at a corner shop lot, easy to find parking. Owners are warm and friendly. Food wise, I love the red bean sweet soup and fried kuay teow, Tom yum soup with rice noodle was just OK, it's modified to Chinese style, so it's not as spicy as Thai style. Prices were reasonable. They are currently selling Chinese new year goodies which I have tried some, they were really good especially the "bak guah".
