Been to Yelapa twice now a few years apart. Pollo Bollo still reigns supreme serving simple yet perfect food with good value for money. Out of the places I have sampled their passion fruit margaritas are also the best in Yelapa. I’m not sure what is happening here. I fully understand that food in Yelapa has to be measured according to where we are. Perhaps Tacos Los Abuelos just flat out spoiled us. But this food is so average or below it left me thirsty and longing. A real disappointment. However if you are longing for your average Tex Mex from home this might scratch your itch.

Outstanding meal, excellent prices. Appreciate that they have half orders. We’ve been a few times and tried the chicken, ribs and chicken fajitas. All was excellent. Love the salsa.

Tried the ribs and chicken combo. Basically just cooked and slathered in a lot of bbq sauce. Sangrias were ok. Overall, disappointed. Would not recommend.

Have been coming for many years. Since 1998, when they had a lilittle shack and a Charcoal BBQ outside. Amazing Food and Great Prices!
