Italian cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful here. This restaurant might be recommended for tasty mushrooms, prawns and spaghetti. You can order good ice cream, tiramisu and chocolate custard. Visit Lucca for delicious wine or good martinis. It's nice to order great coffee. You can enjoy live music in the evening. The success of this place would be impossible without the hospitable staff. Prompt service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. Average prices are what you are to pay for your meal. The fine decor and comfortable ambiance let clients feel relaxed here. Google gives it 4.5 so you can choose this spot to spend a good time here.

This was our second time going here. Both times were pure excellence. Service attentive, chef gracious, and prices decent. We weren’t staying at the resort so we were a paying customer. We got the calamari. Perfectly breaded. Highly recommend. We then got the filet. Done exactly as ordered. Carbonara fettuccini. This was a big portion. I could only eat 1/3 of it. Pork was on top not mixed. It was a nice decision by the chef in case you are not a fan of pork cubes and really prefer having bacon chunks. Peas would have been nice, as had in prior meals elsewhere. The chef gave us a mushroom soup cup, which was surprisingly delicious since we are not a fan of mushrooms. Lastly, the dessert. The sorbet was a nice choice to split. You get two scoops. The chocolate truffle comes in a ball with a chocolate shell. The dessert is covered with gold flakes. We highly recommend this place. Whether you’re staying at this hotel where the restaurant is or just going there for dinner. Enjoy!!

There is only one problem. There not enough stars on the rating system. I would give 7 stars, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the exceptional service food ambience dessert and drinks. Staying at Grand Velas we visited here for dinner one night. I must say, we have been to many expensive "fine" dining restaurants but even after spending $400 to $500 anywhere we did not get this kind of service or food or the ambience. We ordered the beef carpaccio, tomato soup, lamb, the mushroom risotto, even the eggplant parmigiana and the lasagna. All of these were out of this world. Excellent food and service. Menu has many good options. Carpaccio is superb. I wore a collared shirt & dress shorts, but a guy at another table wore an under armor t-shirt, so I’m not sure why @Stephanie_Leatherwood was denied entry. We are staying at the Grand Velas and dined at Luca Restaurant. The service was outstanding! Our head waiter introduced himself to us and answered all our questions with amazing knowledge of the menu. We are a party of 16 and everything we ordered was brought out hot and to the correct person. The food was flavorful and very creative. Kudos to the team of chefs. Last, we were delighted with a entertainment, a violinist. It was a treat. I will definitely return for another amazing dining experience.

This is disappointing. My husband and I showed up wearing nice resort wear. Husband was wearing $100 pair of shorts, nice button up and resort style Sperrys and they would not allow him inside. So instead he put on sloppy pants and they decided to let him in... do not visit this restaurant. Makes absolutely not sense.
