Great food! Great service...chef goes beyond to please customers

Delicious food and good friendly staff. This place offered dishes prepared with care and well presented, be prepared to wait a little bit longer that other restaurants, but it will be worth it. I recommend the chaya and pineapple agua fresca and the shrimp cocktail. That’s what I had but hopping to go back to try more items.

We had a great experience at this place. Great service, great food. We're firstly welcomed in a very kind and warm maneer by Albaro, with some tastes offered by the house. We had cevice of prawns and octopus and another plate of grilled shrimps. The portion is quite abundant for a fair price. The food was the best I've tested in all my trip around the south Mexico. The fish is fresh and delicious. Some foods are prepared at the moment by interacting with costumers offering a very nice experience. If you are looking for a fish meal, I strongly recommend here. Oh my god! if you are anywhere 20mile near this gem you need to do this. so stop wasting time researching what to eat on your way or on your return from chicken itza go straight to this place. service was attentive and friendly but most importantly food was super yummy. they gave us complimentary seafood soup, variety of ceviche samplea which got me quarter full. i struggled to finish my food but i knew i was not leaving anything behind. two thumbs up.

The reviews recommending this place do not disappoint. The fish tacos were good although we do prefer them with a crunchy battered fish. We highly recommend the battered shrimp, shrimp cocktail and pasta with the bacon cream sauce. And oh! Very good margaritas which may make you order more than one. Alvaro and Sheila offered efficient, friendly service. And a special thank you to the couple behind the scenes in the kitchen. I recommend the pulpo poc chuc here, it was really good! We had seafood rice as an appetizer, which was one of the best things I ate so far on our trip in Mexico. The staff was friendly and thoughtful, it's a bit outside of the city center though so it might be a good stop if you're heading out to or returning from one of the nearby cenotes or other attractions.

I would definitely reccomend this restaurant. Not touristic, simply authentic. Why spending time at the city center looking for something when you can eat in a calm and original place? By my side, no way, it was the perfect choice for my lunch, and I spend there a pleasant time...and I'm sure would be also better at night. Familiary atmoshpere, calm place inside, tasteful and genuine food. The menu is based mainly on fish dishes, and I've loved the shrimps and freshly made guacamole as also the starters offered. Nice and kind reception form the staff, really friendly. If you are looking for an authentic place and mild-cheap option, here you are.
