Portions so large that each dish can easily be shared between two people. I highly recommend the vegetable chow mein, chicken fried rice and beef with fries. I specially recommend the beef with fries. It should win an award. Imagine having beef sauce on your fries. It is so much better than using ketchup. It has now occurred to me the extent to which Chinese food has infused itself into the national culture. This place is another one of a growing class of fusion food restaurants - Panamanianized Chinese food. It's becoming ubiquitous and it has taken me by surprise. It was bound to happen. Chinese food using local ingredients. Add to that the idea of putting beef on top of fries and you get a winning dish. I am sure that time will bring forth more great culinary ideas. And I'll be here to eat it.
