Wiener Snitzel
Can’t fault this restaurant. The food was delicious and well presented. The waitress (who I suspect was also the owner / manager) turned our plates as she placed them down in front of us, I don’t often have this happen. I wish I had taken a photo of our meals as they looked so good. I had roast pork with meat from Thurgau, the pork was so juicy and tender, the mashed potato and vegetables were also well cooked. The portion was generous. My husband had cordon bleu and chips, which he said was also well cooked and a generous portion. Sadly, we were so full we couldn’t eat anything else.
But it was also good value.
What I also liked was that the Serviettes were cotton and not paper and they were placed in silver serviette rings. It made the restaurant feel like a quality place.
Finally, we had been out for a walk with our dog and came across this restaurant, we asked if we could bring him into the restaurant and she said yes, and when we were seated she brought a bowl of water and a treat for him. She was so kind and friendly to him.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Einfach perfekt, zu 100% zum empfehlen
Wir waren am 23 Dezember anlässlich meines Geburtstages im Restaurant das Riet in Balzers zum Mittag essen, wir wurden sofort von Mirjam und Tilen, äusserst herzlich empfangen, man hatte sofort das Gefühl das ist mein Stammlokal, obwohl ich zum ersten mal dort war.Da ich öfters wo wir essen gehen,Bewertungen schreiben, ist es diesmal einfach, vom Service und von der Qualität der Speisen erste Sahne, vielen Dank, wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen, und wir werden definitiv jetzt öfters kommen.Von meinen Ranking1-10 bekommt ihr eine 12 von uns.

Exzellentes Essen, äusserst freundliche Bedienung und nettes Ambiente. Ich habe nun schon von einigen Seiten gehört, dass in diesem Lokal fast alles stimmt, bis auf die Weinauswahl. Sowohl die offenen als auch die Flaschenweinauswahl lassen leider wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Das ist deshalb schade, da einige nur deshalb das Lokal nicht besuchen, weil die Weinauswahl nicht gut ist (einen guten grünen Veltliner als Weisswein bzw. Pesquera (Rotwein) schmeckt den allermeisten! (-;

Das Desert war wunderschön angerichtet und lecker.
Der Service ist top 6 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, sehr freundlich und mit einem Lächeln 😃 kompetent und schnell. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft komme gerne wieder vorbei.
