Ok, first – this is university canteen, despite it has in name „restaurang“ which means restaurant… Ordering is by machines next to the entrance, every working day you can choose from 2 or 3 daily meals (min 1 vegetarian and 1 meat), weekly pasta and salad. Cost include salad bar, water and coffee/tea. Sometimes they cook good, sometimes was not so so. Problematical was meat with some creamy souce – idk if it’s due to different tastes or it’s just bad cooked, but that was not tasty for foreginers. Same situation with sausages. But lot of meals was just good and a few of them excellent. But from canteen I will expect lower prices than as in “normally” restaurant. Overall 4/5. Väldigt bra mat, finnas nästan alltid något gott. Dagens rätt finns som både kött/fisk och vegetariskt. De har också veckans pasta och (dagens?) soppa. Numera har de också dagens svinnrätt vilket är en något billigare måltid men precis lika gott som det andra. Blir lite billigare att betala med högskolerestaurangers kort som man laddar på i förväg. Inget wow direkt. Godare mat kan man minsann laga själv. Inte rimligt med 99 spänn för ett par rödbetsbiffar och kall couscoussallad tycker jag.
