Our waitress was great 😁😁 super nice didn't rush us, food was fresh, got us extra drinks and sauce without issue. We even left our sunglasses by accident and they had them right away for us. 100% the best Red Robin I've been to in Chicago area. Food has always been consistently good at Red Robin locations wherever I've gone. Their Whiskey River BBQ burger still tastes the same after 20 years of going there. That's a good thing. My all time favorite place to eat. I love their BBQ burger. Also I love Harriet! We have had here the last two times we were there. She is such a sweetheart. I'll definitely be asking for her to be our waitress from now on. She is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and she makes great conversation. I haven't been eating from red Robbins for years, I was just passing by and decided to try since I remember they had good burgers. Well on the burger side looks like nothing has changed. We ordered 3 different burgers and they were all delicious. We had Whiskey River BBQ, Burning Love and Scorpion Gourmet Burger. I must say Scorpion one was the best in flavors!!! Burning love is the one I had, it wasn't bad but again after tasting the Scorpion Gourmet I would definitely go with that. I am holding one star because of the appetizers we ordered. The pretzels and the fried pickle was completely swimming in the oil. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Prices are fair. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My family has been going there for years. Red Robin is always a trusty "go-to" when our family is split on the "where-to-eat" decision. My kids have always found something there that they liked, and the kid drinks are a little more creative than the usual soda choices. There are a lot of gourmet burger choices, but if you are going for a good regular burger, my favorite burger is "Red's Tavern Double." Fries are always hot and bottomless. We ordered an appetizer of wings and chips, and entrees of 3 burgers. Our entrees came out 5 min before our wings. Food was hit and fresh. Loved the guacamole burger. The zucchini fries not too much, it has a strange after taste. I made up for it by eating my boyfriends sweet potato fries which were really good. Our server and manager on duty were great as well. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

We had to wait 20 min to be seated. Found out because there was only 1 waitress and 1 bartender. My blue cheese burger was $15 !! NOT WORTH IT! It was small and I didn't even see the mushrooms. $6 for a beer! My husband had soup and salad, there's no crackers or bread for it. We will never go back here! Waste of time and money! I had free time on Saturday and popped in for lunch and the bartender and manager gave 10/10 service. The food tasted great, it came out quickly, and the atmosphere was very friendly. We decided to go to Red Robin. They were advertising new food. We tell the greeter that we'd like a booth and she takes us to this tiny booth. I said can we get a regular size booth. She says there's none available not even looking at me and walking away. As we look across the room and see a good 7 booths available. A family came in and she took them back to a booth. We watched a couple come in and she took them to one of the big booths. We were there a good 5 minutes and no one even came to the table. We got up and walked out. Also another visit I figured out why I don't like their Charm burgers anymore, it's supposed to have maple bacon on it. It's not the bacon they normally use. I don't call it maple bacon. Taste like regular. I quit ordering that burger. Not in any hurry to go back now either. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
