I had a great experience here! The signature sauce is wonderful and I just loved the crispy chicken sandwich. Quick, friendly service and clean restrooms! I really enjoyed the Spiked Freckled Lemonade as well. Will definitely come here again if I am in the area! Chicken burger is juicy inside and crunchy with the crispy batter on outside. Garlic fries could use more garlic flavor in the fries itself. Orders some cocktails and don’t taste the alcohol but sweetness. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Food was not the best & my fries came out cold. My husband ordered a side of fries for his entree & they didn't arrive til he was finished w/entree. They were hot then & my husband told server that mine were cold so he gave me an order of fresh hot ones. Server was friendly & efficient. Probably would not recommend because of food. Great burger choices. I love that they have vegetarian/impossible burgers with lettuce wraps. The steak fries with garlic Parmesan is sooo good. I definitely recommend the strawberry lemonade. Update: 12/16/23 I really appreciate corporate contacting me about my review. They took my concerns seriously and are committed to improving. Thank you. My burger was undercooked, and when I told them and they brought another one out, it was basically the same thing. Red Robin feels more like Chuck E. Cheese now. Bathroom was a mess and the paper towel dispensers did not work. However our server was nice and did a good job. Great service. The food is good although I would say overall it's kind of average. The burgers seem to have gotten smaller and lower quality. I also ordered their Ensanada Chicken and the sauce over it was pretty good. The bottomless sides were very nice and their onion rings are awesome. I ordered a long Island iced tea but all I tasted was the coke. I would skip the drink next time but I will probably visit again in the future because it was good enough and affordable enough for me and my family. I rate this 3.5 stars.

Last two times I have eaten here the wait time have been ridiculous! After standing waiting 5min or longer to be seated and finding the hostess sitting at the bar chucking it up with the other employees. Get seated, order and then wait over 30 min for a couple of hamburgers. Once again ridiculous! Total number of customers including us that was seated was 8. The service was once very very good on point. Not sure what has changed but it has not been for the better. I gave a 4 star because it felt like the staff was overwhelmed and in a rush to take our order. I recommend the black & blue burger, the meat was grilled, very tasty and it had blue cheese and mushrooms. The impossible burger was bland. Wait time was not too much. Great service and good food. I started to order and mentioned that I needed to watch my carbs. The waitress mentioned how they could modify any sandwich to be a wrap. This was very helpful. The food came fast, was hot and good. Always have a good experience at Red Robin.

I've started going here regularly a little over a year ago. And it's been great. The food is great, and as a vegetarian the ability to switch out an impossible patty on any burger is great. Even on incredibly busy days there is good service, it's a great restaurant, I highly recommend it.
