I like Red Robin, the food is pretty good and the prices aren’t terrible. They changed their menu recently and raised their prices; I wasn’t stoked, but it’s still pretty reasonable all things considered. The reason to go to this Red Robin is Zach. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone in food service as courteous and pleasant as they are. My girlfriend and I sit at the bar every time we visit hoping they’re on shift because we know we’re getting the best service. Every interaction I’ve ever seen with Zach and someone in the bar area has been pleasant, and you can tell they always try their best. 10/10. There’s another great bartender at this location I wish I knew the name of, she’s always extremely prompt and attentive as well. Not sure if I can update reviews but next time I see them I’ll ask for their name. Both extremely great service. I was greeted by two friendly hosts. I didn’t have to wait long to have my order taken. I haven’t eaten yet. The place is clean and vibrant. It’s pretty busy in here definitely not a hectic feel. The manager is out and around the dining room attentive to the overall situation. I like this place. I will be back. My food is here! Red Robin is always the guilty pleasure. This location in Redmond seemed more quiet than other locations I've been to. The place wasn't as busy. We got seated right away... Service was good. Not overbearing. Ended up eating a Mushroom & Swiss and a chocolate malt. Everything came out as expected and was tasty. I feel this was a pretty standard Red Robins experience, the food was good for the most part outside of service mistakes. Family member's burger had toppings on it that they requested they remove, followed by me ordering a chicken burger and being served a regular beef burger. Other than that, food was good, a bit disappointed that the menu advertises their brussel sprouts despite them no longer serving them. We had been taking a break from red tibin because we would all get stomach aches after eating there but I was tempted in by the latest promotion. We all had burgers (pig out and tavern double) that came out hot and juicy. They did seem a little small compared to what they used to be, but they were tasty and no side effects afterward. Our server was great! Quick with refills on drinks and fries. I'd go back again but it's not my go to place for a burger. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Place was closed on a Saturday 3/2/24 until 3pm according to the sign. This is usually our go to when we are in the area and we’re disappointed. Had to go to the BJs around the corner. You all lost a lot of business as the cars were constantly parking and then leaving when seeing the sign. It didn’t look open at 3pm either…

I've never been to this RR before. The food was actually great and tasted YUMMY! The waitress wasn't attentive as she should have been. We had to ask other waiters & staff for help a number of times. Even the girl she was training never came back & asked us if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

I was a doordash driver going to pick up some food here. There were some guests sitting down at the front waiting to be seated, and there were staff standing to the side casually talking to each other. I stood there for multiple minutes expecting someone to greet me since I'm the only person standing up by the host podium. I had to actually approach the staff to get there attention after a few minutes of being ignored. They then gave me very vague directions on where to pickup the food and I was left feeling even more confused. I don't think I'll be accepting future orders from here. There's nothing wrong with a place being run by high schoolers, I'm not trying to blame them. It's the responsibility of management to provide proper training and supervision of their staff. And the staff here don't seem to know basic customer service unfortunately.
