Every time I come to this location the Coffee is not what I ordered, they’re more expensive than Starbucks but don’t taste good. The service the last two times I was there was really bad, the baristas hate their lives, can’t be bothered to smile or be friendly, never ask if I have a rewards account with them (which I do) I don’t know if I want to try the other locations in Valdosta if this is how their standard should be. This place is AMAZING, it takes maybe 1 min and 30 seconds to get your drinks after ordering depending on how much you order. The baristas are so funny and have wonderful and meaningful conversations with customers. Kirstin is one of the best employees, took care of me and made my drink to perfection.
