For starters there needs to be a -0 rating. Terrible experience went for early dinner. When served the biscuits one looked like it had been bitten in half and put in the basket they were cold our dirty plates were never removed before our main dinner. It was a table for two, so there wasn’t much room. When it came time to pay my elderly mother paid cash the waitress was standing behind her at the register and had the audacity to blurt out “You didn’t give me enough money”. My mom responded” I paid the amount owed plus a tip“ and then the waitress told us she had given us the wrong ticket, and that it was for the couple behind us who had already left. We asked why we had their ticket and she said it was by mistake never apologized, let alone telling the whole restaurant that we paid the wrong amount when it wasn’t our fault very embarrassing. I went ahead and gave the waitress a tip then she offered to cover it herself I said “no we’ll pay the bill.” I called the general manager this morning. I told her what happened she had the audacity to tell me the girl was having a bad day and made every excuse possible and said what a good waitress she was, This was not acceptable way to treat a customer when it was the waitress error. The waitress should have came to our table and apologized and explained the error. I have never had such a terrible experience eating out. The Manager said” you should’ve asked for me at the time” I told her “we were completely embarrassed and just wanted to leave”. I don’t know what happened to this place but we will never be back and will tell everyone we know what our experience was. The manager said Red Lobster was very busy. It was not especially for 5:30 on a Saturday night not like it used to be. She also told me that she was in the back of the restaurant and had been in the alley, dealing with that. Just curious what was going on in the alley? Apparently there is no Professional at this establishment .Everyone here needs to go back to Manager- Waitresses 101. It WAS on my blocklist 4 years ago after my first dining in with friends because the price did not match the taste. I only remembered I ordered shrimp with pasta. I come here 4 years later with my friend to give it a second try. I am happy to share that it proudly joins my wishlist. The ultimate endless shrimp opens a new world of taste, two time-limited flavor and coconut fried shrimp all ALL great, together with the amazing dipping source! Taste is beyond the price! Waited around half an hour for the food to actually come out. The table was also kinda oily. The lobster tasted not fresh and could’ve been prepared better. The steak was pretty nice. I was very impressed with this location! The staff was EXCELLENT! The food was EXCELLENT!! Oh my goodness, the stuffed mushrooms were PERFECT!! The steak was tender & the lobster tail was tasty & juicy!! Of course, the biscuits were incredibly fresh & yummy!! Thank you, to our server, Jeff!! He took care of us the entire time. It's too bad he had to wear a mask because I bet his smile is as friendly as he was. Best date night EVER! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

I have been here a total of 4 times in the past year and it's been awful each time. The service wasn't that good and the food was horrible. Honestly the shrimp at Culver's is better than what I had there yesterday. I never want to write some place off after 1 bad experience, but 4 is enough for me. My partner and I visited for her delayed birthday dinner. She had endless seafood and focused on coconut shrimp. She loved her food. I had fried fish and a side of bacon mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was amazing, and I could make a meal of it alone. The fish was meh. I didn't finish it. Of course, the cheddar biscuits were delicious. Our server was delightful. A great experience, marred only by the fish being drab. A minor complaint, because everything else was outstanding. This was my first time at a red lobster. It was really pretty good. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was also swift and attentive despite a busy Friday night. Those devices they use for payment are a little annoying though and disturb the experience when they are being placed on the already full table mid-dinner. A simple check in a booklet or on a tray would be far less obtrusive. Over all a fine evening with friendly waiters and delicious seafood. We’ll be back.
