The food did not taste nice at all. My pork was half done I couldn’t even swallow it( see pic below) The ribs didn’t taste like ribs. I’m very disappointed and it was my first time eating there and I’m never going back or recommending it to anyone. The drink was strawberry daiquiri but it tasted way different from other strawberry daiquiris from other Spur restaurants, like in Nelspruit. The place, like every Spur Steak Ranch I have been to is great in quality of food. It wasn't that busy but our order took a bit of time to get to us. One thing though is the gents toilets. I would recommend that they extra attention to the urine stench in the gents room. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great Spur. Very good layout and child friendly. Seperate smoking area and even support breast feeding. As a family man and dad with small children, this is a great spur to visit. A GREAT OPTION as well for a Rainy day as an outing for the little ones to get rid of some energy while you have a cup. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

Visited this spur while on holiday with my family, and it was a disappointment. The service was slow even though we arrived at 10 am and the place was mostly empty. We had to return the glasses 3 times because they were dirty and had the waiter roll his eyes when we showed him there was red lipstick on one of the dirty glasses on his second return(non of us wore red lipstick). We had two finicky toddlers with us and asked for crayons as they were provided at every spur we'd previously been to, and the waiter kept coming back to the table without them. When the food finally came, we were even more disappointed. My 2 brothers ordered ribs and Buffalo thighs , the ribs tasted fine but the thighs were drenched in vinegar , tasted as if they were very old , and were very hard to chew or swallow (which would explain the vinger to try and mask that the meat was going bad). Others ordered a simple breakfast, but I made the mistake of ordering a cheddermelt breakfast, which meant they would bring me a patty with mushroom sauce and an egg. The egg was fine, but the patty crumbled and tasted like cardboard. It too tasted as if it had been sitting in that kitchen for a very long time. In conclusion ,I would understand this type of service on a busy Friday or Saturday night, month end and I would understand old food mid-january when people don't really frequent restaurants as much. But getting bad service on a calm Sunday morning and old food the day after 2 back to back December holidays is unacceptable and frankly disturbing. I think it's obvious that we won't be going back to this spur , although we utilise the road frequently on holidays. We would rather go to the steers/debonairs across the road if we get hungry again. Great service.. good food great prices. I had my son's birthday here and it was fantastic. Great place for the kids to play and it's awesome when they sing for you on birthdays.. you also get a treat on birthdays 🙂 it's quite delightful.. It is a nice family restaurant. The waiter was very efficient and friendly. We ordered the classic quarter chicken and rib combo for R 199.00. For this price we expect soft and juicy, top quality meat. Although the taste was good the chicken and the ribs was chewy, very tough and difficult to eat. This was not a value for money meal.
