*UPDATE AGAIN LOL 2-19* Ethan single-handedly got them their 5 stars back!! His customer service from the time i walked in was amazing… he didn’t make me feel rushed or annoyed at how i wanted my pizza… and it is AMAZING!! If he could make my pizza every time i would be in heaven haha… EXCELLENT JOB ETHAN *UPDATE* i went back today around 8:30pm and the young ladies working wasn’t friendly… not even to a lady who hadn’t been there before… I’m really big on customer service so I’ll drive the 30-40 mins to the one in Greenville from now on…. Im from Minnesota and this is my favorite place to get pizza from there… so when i seen one here i went… let me explain my 3 star review… i went 3 times in one day lol… 2 times between 2:30-3pm and again between 5:30-6pm… the first 2 times customer service wasn’t there the older lady made us feel rushed, and our salads was made incorrectly {we didn’t really mind sense we went for pizza}… but my pizza was AMAZING… when i went the 3rd time the customer service was top notch… guy in the green shirt offered a seasoning toooing that took my pizza over the top… i did find out that i should’ve been charged for cheese the first 2 times i went and i wasn’t… not a big deal but i personally eat the same thing every time and like to know it will be the same amount each time… i dislike the app as it doesn’t give enough options.. they also should change the standard amount of cheese that comes on the pizza because without the extra it’s not good pizza.. and doesn’t look good.. the pizza sticks was just dough… i unrolled it to see if it had cheese and it wasn’t enough for that… i will still be there again today haha Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My Woman and I were here last night. This is a different pizza cause it's Fired pizza. Inside you can watch them make your Pizzas. They have a clear blocker with all the foods up front. It's like looking into the glass. We ordered the "Hog Heaven" pizza. Nothing but Meats. On a Thin crust. Then we ordered 1 "White Out" pizza. This is pizza with White Sauce. It has Chicken, White Cheese, and Green leaf Onion on top. I had them put Black Olives on it too. It was a thin Crust. Note also there is a choice of Gluten free dough, Spinach Cheese dough or Regular Dough. Pizzas are about the same size as a Medium pizza. We also had an order of Garlic & Butter Bread sticks. You can buy Bottle Water, Bottle Sodas or Beer. If Not then you can get a Fountain cup whatever size and get your own drink. Sodas or Tea. Plus you can get how much you want for 9 different Sauces in a cup, it's at the Service bar. It's sort of set up like a short Cafeteria line. This location wasn't packed last night. Located in Spartanburg. On the T.V.s was Football and Music Videos. The staff was experienced and Friendly. Food was Fresh and all the Toppings were Fresh too. Just a different type of pizza. Great lunch! We had two failed DIY pizza experiences (different chains), so we were super thrilled with the good food and service! Establishment was clean, and the food came quickly. GF crust was good as well- rice flower (which we prefer to cauliflower. Sauce bar was next level…haven’t seen that before. Will be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a really cool place for a good quick pizza! You choose the type of pizza you want, thin or pan, then choose your toppings and they rapid fire it and in just 3 mins you have your pizza. They have specialty pizzas or pick your toppings and they make it right in front of you. While not a gourmet pizza, it is much better than frozen!! Pizza sizes are good for 1 person or 2 if not too hungry. We wanted to love this place! We ordered takeout on a busy weeknight, and after we got home, we realized that the sauces were missing and the spices were missing. The buffalo chicken pizza was VERY over salted and after we ate 2½ pieces, the rest of it went in the trash, plus the crust was missing on two slices. We get better tasting and better quality pizza from Blaze Pizza. Sadly, we will not be ordering from here again. Food: 1

I come here often…. Sometimes the customer service is a hit or miss probably since its employees are teen/college students. However, this experience I didn’t feel welcomed, more of a stale attitude from the ladies making my pizza. I was greeted when I walked in, but waited 2-3 minutes at the glass as they continued side conversations while preparing other orders. A simple “We will be right with you” is what I was expecting. Instead I was awkwardly standing there unacknowledged. Finally the older lady asked what kind of pizza I would like (not giving me eye contact) I clearly stated a pan pizza. However I got to thinking to myself as I saw them preparing my pizza the dough looked thin. But I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to question them with what I thought they would think a stupid question. (Although I should’ve felt more comfortable to ask). After looking at my receipt it was rung up as a thin pizza after all. I asked the cashier about it and she quickly responded “it is” (I.e. it “was” pan pizza). She con’td to say she rang it up as a thin. I then sat down, feeling slight second hand embarrassment. A few seconds later, the girl came back stating my pizza was prepared in fact as thin pizza. She didn’t apologize but, said she will have them remake it smh. In all, the customer service could use some work. More so the employees (3-4 girls working the assemble line) could try to make personable connections with their customers. A warm smile, eye contact, and a cheerful attitude goes a long way! Genuine encounters promote less misunderstandings. Nonetheless, my pizza was 10/10 and the store is always neat/clean. I work from and eat at least 3 times a week. It's impossible to order 2 different kinds of cheese and get extra. Ordered 2 topping, pep, and mushrooms with chedar jack and paid $1.25 for extra cheese. This is how extra cheese i received for $1.25. Just stick to what how it comes. I have never had a bad experience here. I never wait in line more than a few minutes, the order comes up quickly and has always been correct. So glad we found this place because it's very similar to a place we used to go to in South Florida. We miss the place in Florida and now that we found this one, it'll be our new substitute. The pizza is great and we love how you can customize them. Though it's a little bit of a drive for us, it's so worth it to have a reminder of home.
