This branch had a really weird worker last year who stepped out of the restaurant and walked over to me on the other side of the coop just to yell at me for feeding a street cat the supposedly wrong kind of cat food. LOL. I wish I was making this ridiculous story up but I’m not. I spoke to her supervisor the next day and he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. I made sure to tell him that it was not ok what she did. I mean there’s bad customer service and then there’s straight up absurdity. I wasn’t even a customer, I did not enter the restaurant, I was just walking around my neighborhood coop.
