The last two times I have gotten canes at this location my chicken hasn’t been cooked all the way. It literally looks like worms in my chicken. I’m not sure who they are hiring to mess up the main thing in the meal… it really ruins my night. If this doesn’t get fixed i am planning on switching locations. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went drive-thru at about 1pm ordered and got my food pretty fast. The change they did to make it a little easier was nice. I ordered the 3 finger meal with lemonade, and it was amazing. Lemonade is always my choice, and it always tastes amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is surprising to think a restaurant can make it serving basically only chicken strips but Raising Cane's is always busy. We like their chicken and the sauce is good too. Although the chicken strips sizes can be a bit small on occasion. The coleslaw is tasty but a little on the dry side. Their fries are good but not well done, which is fine because we bring them home and put them in the toaster oven. The bread is good, if you don't mind the extra carbs. The service is fast and almost always friendly. Even though the driver thru line is long it moves rather quickly.

I guess I just don't get the hype around raising Cane's, been to a few in the chain now... The chicken is always cooked too where it retains the moisture, which is great ... But where's the seasoning? The batter for frying seems almost tasteless, but thankfully they have this canes sauce to make up for it. Now for the good. The fries? Great. The toast? My favorite. The service? Phenomenal! But it's a chicken place, not a fry and bread Establishment. No BBQ sauce and its 2024. Thought i would try it again after about 5 years, figured they would have changed that by now. But no. I eat chicken strips twice a week from Goodburger down the street. Will continue to go to them over canes all over not offering BBQ sauce.
