We got there at 5pm'ish no cars in parking lot no customers inside. Should have taken that as a warning and went someplace else. The place really needs a thorough cleaning. Yes it's older but the carpet can still be cleaned. Anyway the surf and turf bowl as advertised every where was more like chewing the worst cuts of beef imaginable served like out of the wrapper, leftover from a college dorm late night run and seriously how long had my shrimp been resting to the point of rubbery death in whatever that stagnant oil and water concoction was.
Not only do I NOT recommend this Qdoba I'm thinking it won't be long before the health department shuts them down for failure to maintain safe food temperatures. Hint! #Tulsa Health Department. The rice was crunchy cold and dry. The black beans obviously canned, like right out of the can thats how not hot nor warm they were. Got a burrito basically the same food quality and to add insult to injury pretty sure that was a heat press that must be broken because Yhea not used. This place is so bad we felt horrible allowing customers after us to place orders.
The only redemption is the staff was pleasant, well groomed and knew the menu. NEVER going back to Qdoba. As a matter of fact, we decided as horrible as our last visit was to Chipotle a couple years ago, we should have gone there and they actually served us food that although warm it had the taste of being burnt and rinsed.

So disappointing. Reviews are important, but I did not bother to look because it’s Qdoba and I was excited to see one in my travels. I regret not reading the reviews. Food was cold,no shredded cheese, my steak was so chewy I had to pull pieces out and throw them away. And the customer service was mediocre at best. But I had to eat it because it was my dinner. Hope they improve.

I love QDOBA! It’s like Chipotle but better because there is no extra charge for queso and guacamole!!! My favorite thing is the quesadilla and it is definitely enough for two meals!

Ask for my salsa on the side since the mango salsa was extra watery and was charged $2.50 each. If this is policy then shame on them, if not then they should train staff better. When I ask the counter person if that was correct they just looked at me like I was stupid for even asking.

Service was probably the worst part. The air head working at the counter had no customer service skills and lacked kindness. He seemed very annoyed at his job. Used to love qdoba but their service has gone downhill. When asked a question about an item, the response was.... "ion kno" either a shrug. Maybe a bad day but I wish I took that as a sign to just walk out. The food was not the same. Many of the ingredients were not available and price of the food didn't match the quality at all

This place went so downhill. It seems like they cut funding or something. It got so trashy in the last year. I've walked out two times now cause of how bad the food looks. I'll gladly travel a mile down to chipotle. Tired of crunchy rice and watery hard beans. It's weird too cause they have district managers in there almost everytime I come but nothing changes. They'll be out of business soon if something dont change.

We got to the restaurant 30 minutes before they were closing. The music was so loud that you couldn't hear what the guys were saying behind the counter. My wife asked one of them what was good there & he said "I don't eat here! Ever!"
There was 6 on our party & the food was cold! Only 1 finished their food! They were vacuuming & spraying tables all around us! Tables were broken & wobbly! They did not want us to eat there! We felt like a burden for even coming in the door & them serving us!

Update #2- (as of 7- 24-2022) I stopped in for a "dinner-ish" NO AIR CONDITIONER 😢 NOT I AM COMPLAINING * THE WORKERS WERE SO SWEET/ AND SO NICE ALL WHILE IN THE BLISTERING HEAT OF 103° WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID FOOD WAS HOT, AND THE SERVICE IS 100% 😉 THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE! ❤️

Upon entering the store we waited about 5 minutes to be served, a young man waiting to clock in finally served my family and I, however he still wasn't clocked in, because the young lady who was clocked in was in the back doing whatever she was doing. He was very friendly and polite. When she finally decided to come out from the back, she gave her boyfriend something free to eat, she gave him free cookies, and a free drink. She was also preparing to wrap the cookies they bake. The cookies were sitting out on the table in the open from the time we entered the store until shortly before we left. Because she gave her boyfriend free cookies and she had them sitting out on the table for so long, I asked if they were giving out free cookies today, her reply was "no, they're just sitting on the table". The food is normally good however I'm not sure what happened during this visit. No one had on a proper uniform so I guess it's safe to assume uniforms aren't provided or needed at this location. The attire looked as if they rolled out of bed and decided to go to work. Very unprofessional. I'm not from this area, however I would not recommend this location to anyone based on our overall experience.

Excellent service with a smile. I want to thank Ronda for helping me today. This location was understaffed for the day and Rhonda came in early, being the only one on the line helping customers! Not only was she working hard to complete all the orders, she had an upbeat and positive attitude. I am very impressed! Thank you Ronda!
