Absolutely horrible service. I walked in the store and was not greeted nor helped for five minutes after entering the store. Whole staff needs training. I was started at as they continued to have there conversations . The female who was supposed to be manager was rude. She wasn’t listening and out the wrong stuff on my bowl i asked a new one to be made instead of her taking it off like she was doing and she made a big deal and told me to speak up when asking what i want on my bowl. She has horrible customer service and im sure you guys would not someone like her representing qdoba. She needs to be re trained and made sure she’s following qdobas expectations. Well, they mess up every order. Honestly, was ordering multiple times and not even ones it came correctly. Other that this okay food. For example, on a pic. I have bowl with no beans and with bell peppers. I guess if you have food allergies and definitely don’t want something in your meal don’t order here. Missed the mark. They looked slammed on the pick up orders but not much attention to customers as the line moved slow. Was extremely disappointed to see the mini bowl I ordered had a lot less meat than a kids nachos that was ordered. I asked for a little shredded cheese and the employee threw half a handful on. I asked for a lot if guacamole and the employee threw on a level scoop. To top it off the food seemed a bit cold and chips undercooked and the dining area needed to be cleaned. Even after the bowl was closed with aluminum foil and reopened you can still see part of the bowl lacking any ingredients. I don't go to this location much but doubt I'll be returning anytime soon. Food is delicious, the service was not so great. Everyone seemed very un talkative. Not even a hello good evening. Could be a little more professional. My burrito was made incorrectly and they used the queso in the kids quesadillas which my 19 month old threw up since it was a little spicy. Live and you learn to stick with Chipotle.

Second time giving this place a try- I’ll never try again- you guys don’t care about who you hire- Today’s interaction could’ve gone both ways. It started off with amazing customer service and it ended with great customer service but unfortunately the girl in the middle was so rude and so bothered to do her job that that is what stuck out an ruined the visit- she even told the cashier I wanted chip even tho she never asked ME if I wanted chips 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 one bad apple WILL rotten the whole bag Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The portions have gone way down. Now we are paying higher prices than ever before and the portion of protein was so small I thought they were joking. Cuatomer service doesnt exist at tyese chains anymore either. You always feel like a burden for coming in. Website and store both say they are open at 6:30 AM I arrived to go in and order at 6:45 and doors were locked with no one seeming to notice nor care I was outside. The doors remained locked for another 15 minutes MINIMUM. I love the food but come on, at least adhere to your posted opening times.
