All the guests adore great Chinese cuisine at this restaurant. Don't forget to enjoy perfectly cooked crab rangoon, chicken with pineapple and mongolian beef at QQ Li's. Good americano is worth a try here. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. A number of reviewers note that the staff is terrific at this spot. Shoot man I used to love this place. It wasn't ever the best Chinese food but it was always affordable and fast. I was craving some kunh pao and noticed on their website their prices have increased a bit but and understandable amount. I ordered the food over the phone, and when I got there to pay I was shocked that the price was even higher than what was listed on their website. Not to mention that paying $19 for greasy low quality food is absurd. Haven't been this upset with a restaurant in a while, been coming here on and off since I moved here 5 years ago, but I will never be coming back. Respectfully you guys suck. To anyone reading this don't go here! Go to best chopsticks instead. Way better value for a dollar and a local family owns and operates it who are extremely sweet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The main ingredients of each dish seem to be of decent quality, but a lack of seasoning / flavors leaves much to be desired. It's absurd that one needs to get packets of soy-sauce / chili oil to make a $15 entree passable. The fried rice is atrocious, with obvious chunks of hard old rice in the bland side. Qqs was a lovely place to end up on a Tuesday night. While the decor could use a little work, with shoddy lighting, few places to sit and a not very cohesively designed menu, the food is simply delicious. The man at the front was extremely helpful and up beat, gave good recommendations to me and my friend, and we had some nice chats as well. The prices were good, and I would steer you towards one of the combos, as you can mix and match any entree on the menu, and even get half fried rice half chow mein if you request. The drinks are also quite good. Reading the backstory on this place was very nice, the food is bomb, and the people are nice. I would certainly put this on the list for places to eat in Bellingham, though you may prefer taking out to enjoy the food. The food came as ordered though Viking foods but the hot & sour soup was made with too much red chili pepper flakes . Threw off the rest of the order. Viking foods delivery was awesome but the food was low standard. The crab Rangoon was a cream cheese mess. Didn’t even taste the crab and the player I got (mixed bb6) was mostly rice

First time customer and the food was fantastic! The man staffing the front was friendly and quick. The food was some of the best Asian cuisine I've had in Bellingham. Will definitely be back! Absolutely no stars given for their customer service and horrible food. I am out on a job site and ordered food from here to be delivered by Uber. I specifically asked for utensils so I could actually eat the food and they didn't include any. When I called to inform the owner about the issues they said they are not responsible for putting any utensils in the bag. As an owner they have no control over what they put in the bag. She blamed the Uber driver who was actually just doing his job (James was wonderful as the driver. I notified him of the error and he actually offered to go back and get utensils and deliver them.Which he did)!!! The order was wrong and food wasn't correct and they refused to do anything to even attempt to make it right. Thankfully Uber stepped up and refunded me.
