Shipping/receiving is top notch, specifically Vern. He is always willing and able to come early/stay late to ensure trucks get loaded and gone in a timely manner. If only all warehouses could have employees that understand that the transportation industry is all about time management and treats all carriers as a priority. Figured it was now time to ensure that all of his hard work does not go unnoticed.

Vernon B. Is excellent. I pulled my truck and trailer in at about 630 am this morning, and he unloaded me within 20 mins and I was out. Thanks for fast service and a great attitude, he was very nice too, he helped me cut my trailer door seal .

Delivery/pickup right now there is no restrooms available. Go before you show. They talked to a guy on the phone, while I was right there at 7pm last night. but he said they did not talk to him till 9pm. the office and wearhouse either don't communicate or there's somthing going on there. Might just be a special case let me know what you other drivers have seen. Maybe I they have not had there coffee yet. The stars is for the restrooms. The other stuff most companies have those problems.

I work here. Everyone knows every body, we are all family & we look our for each other. Great place to work and our chocolate is the best hands down.

The dock is around the back, they take lunch around 12 noon til 12:30 and will not open or take loads during that time even if you ring the bell a million times lol just figure I'll post this to let the other truck drivers know in advance.
