This is a remarkable place! Located in (remains of) old defence tower, the "old world" ambiance fits the location perfectly. Very tasty food, chicken in my case. Great experience at Pulverturm. The staff is very professional and friendly, we liked the musicians and comedians. Overall, a great service. The restaurant is divided into different "atmosphere" areas: jail, oriental, etc. It looks fun and great. The food was very fine. Nice experience! We reserved a table on the restaurant's website. Our reservation was for 3 PM, but the waiters said that the best time would be at 6 PM, when all the performances begin - musicians, magicians, and actors performing a costume show in the style of Augustus II. The restaurant itself looks very stylish and has a charming ambiance with dim lighting and elegant decor. You can order traditional Saxon foods like Sauerbraten and Eierschecke, as well as local wines and beers like Goldriesling and Rodeberger.
